From Heller's most recent interview, it's clear the RJ story line and any explanations to tie things together simply isn't going to happen.

He's only throwing bait to the original Mentalist fans (e.g. Lisbon in a red dress final episode, 3 dots on coffee table, etc.) to keep them watching, but he has repeatedly stated the RJ plot holes will NEVER be filled.

He has shifted gears to retarget the show to the Johnny Come Lately audience who were not part of the original audience and who bought into the idiotic reboot because they're not even aware of the orignal clues.

All that CBS cares about now is will the original viewers swallow the bait so they can fill the time Sunday slot without taking a risk on a new show.

To Heller's credit, he's given fair warning that the RJ arc is truly finished. So if we continue watching, we have nobody to blame but ourselves.

I for one will watch the season finale, but for me it's the end of the road. Season 7 is non-issue for me, I'd rather walk the dog.

The reboot was a yawn fest knowing that Heller will NEVER resolve nor explain the RJ arc. I'm a guy not a middle aged woman, so Jisbon, meh, whatever.  

The cheesy Casablanca ripoff teaser for next week is almost naueseating to watch. It looks like a parody of a classic.

Like someone else already said, I can't believed they renewed this train wreck.

Anyway, time for me to move on to something else and it certainly won't be Gotham. I actually like Batman and would hate to have Heller make me despise the character.
