I take your advice, and I'm very sorprised changing every character for one number in order of appereance.... there 24 different characters:

So, now we can beggin to analize the list with numbers, and find something that make sense....
Checking the simbols, I saw that someones are wrong when I pasted here.... and it's not possible to pasted well.... so, the only way is explaining, and correcting manually on your own....
The wrong characters are on both columns at lines 1, 5 , 9 and 13, on the second word... the 2 first characters ( ˩ ˨ ) must be reeplaced by this one:( ˨˩ )
