Just wanted to point out that no one seems to talking about the car that sped away from Jane's house right after the explosion. There was a car speeding away that almost wrecked into Lisbon. Whoever is driving that car has got to be red john. I personally believe it has to be Sheriff McAllister since he was right beside Bertram and Smith( the only two that survived the blast). I can also see it being Partridge. the first thing partridge says in season 1 episode 1 is "red john enters here".
Also Sheriff McAllister shows up in the second episode so they are my two guesses.
I think that Kirkland asked if Jason Lennon recognized him to know if his own brother was Red John, or was being held captive by Red John and if Jason knew something about that. I just don't understand why he killed him after that. Anyone have some thoughts? Please share on the comment section! Thanks! As for everything else, I think that Ray Haffner is RJ, just don't have a theory on why, just think so...
The list of RJ suspects :
1. Reed Smith - Judged by Patrick Jane and he believed that he's not Red John.
2. Gale Bertram - He's one of the top member of Tiger Tiger Organisation and he told Patrick Jane many times that he wants to be there when he finds Red John. He's running from everyone, taking his cash and no proper planning. He's not Red John for sure.
Now the remaining 3 suspects presumed to be dead by coroner.
Lisbon found a foot in Jane's house which seems to be either Haffner's or McAllister's.
The writer of the show didn't confirmed that all 3 are dead but he confirmed that there are deaths from the explosion.
The show is made in such a way that no one will accuse Bret Stiles.
He's definitely Red John.

So I would like to propose an idea entitled The Severed Foot Theory
As Lisbon enters Jane's demolished house, she waves her flashlight around and comes upon a severed foot. I postulate the foot was NOT blown off by the explosion, but rather a shotgun blast... the same shotgun blast we hear prior to the bomb.
Here's what happened. One of the suspects grabs the shotgun out of Jane's hands. He's aiming it at Jane, who panics saying, "No! WAIT!"
And then the strangest thing happens. The suspect shoots off his own foot! Jane is perplexed for a moment, and then the bomb explodes. Due to head trauma, he forgets that last split second.
So why was the foot blown off? Because the suspect wanted the forensics team to find it. That way they would believe him to be dead. This would also imply the suspect knew about the bomb, and therefore would probably be Red John!
My theory eliminates Bertram and Smith because they have both of their feet. So it has to be one of the supposed dead suspects: McAllister, Haffner or Stiles.
From what Reede Smith tells us, someone within the Blake Association wanted Bosco's secretary dead. Therefore, I put my money on McAllister, since he's got the tattoo.
This is how I wanted the show to end...
Red john caught Lisbon, and take her to janes house, there he calls jane and el him to come to his house if he wants to save her, jane enters the house and walking to the room where he found his wife and daughter, he fins a note on the closed door like before, he opens the door and see lisbon lying on the bed and a red john symbol on the wall above her,he takes out the gun he always kept at case hell get red john..
he goes near lisbon and check her pulse..
behind him we see a shadow coming behind the door with a gun pointing towards jane, then we hear..
"hello son"... jane turns around with the gun pointing to the shadow.. with eyes wide open he says "dad??".. the screens goes black and then we hear a gun shot...
I read this morning that the episode 8 will last 1 hour, does anybody know if that information is right?, thank you.
