Not a real theory, just my opinion about the whole McAllister affair after he was announced dead in the recent episode, even though he stood on the 'safe' side of the house in 6x06.

This fact resulted in a whole lot of theories that he is alive and he is Red John. I just can't understand that. Here's why:

In the scene, we can see and hear the shot @2:23. After the shot, we still see the house for like 1 second before the scene changes. That means the explosion did not happen at the same moment as the shot.

The explosion happened at least 8 seconds later. Because in 3:10 there is Lisbon running towards Jane's house and we don't hear any shot. In 3:18 there house explodes. During those 8 seconds (probably more), ANYTHING could happen in the room. There could be a fight, someone could have tried to escape, and all positions could switch within very short time. So there's nothing special about the fact that McAllister is dead. You can tell that Stilles or Haffner are alive and the probability is the same.

In this post I will explain several key events that have happened in episode 7 The Great Red Dragon (if you have not seen the episode yet stop reading and go watch it). These events will also hint at what I believe will happen in episode 8 Red John. 

In the last episode several important facts have occured.
After the bombing of Jane's house 3 of the 5 remaining RJ suspects end up dead. When we learn that the tyger tyger tattoo has been removed from Patridge's arm Lisbon asks "What does it mean?" Jane answers "What do you think it means?" and walks away. The removal of the tyger tyger tattoo obviously means that the Tyger Tyger group is present in the morgue, and this also means that the dna results of the 3 RJ suspects that died in Jane's house are very likely false. Jane obviously realizes at this point that RJ is 1 of the 3 "deceased" suspects. He then begins setting his trap, he announced publicly that RJ is Bertram, fully aware of the fact that this is a lie. I mean Jane has always said that when he finally gets RJ he will kill him, so why would he announce to the public that Bertram is RJ and that he is "armed and dangerous"? Answers because he wants Bertram to get killed, he wants Bertram to die, making everyone believe that RJ is dead. As we know RJ is a showman, he wants people (especially Jane) to appreciate his work, RJ has a phobia of being unrecognized. So RJ needs to confront Jane in the next episode because he HAS to, he knows that it is a stupid thing to do and should walk away but he CAN'T. Hence why Jane sais in the end, "I'm not quitting, I'm letting go". There is nothing more that he can do and he knows it, RJ needs to make the next move. So he goes into the church and waits for the inevitable arrival of his nemesis, RJ.

The church scene will happen at the start of the episode as it is a continuation of previous one. Someone will come into the church and will be whoever PJ is talking too. The i win the game dialogue that goes with it is dubbed and will come later in the episode.

The same happened in previous preview, whilst outside Bertram's house he is one of them. They edited this missed bertrams name out etc and linked it with Rigsby's don't trust any cops one.

I am certain I know who is it, and it will be a huge surprise to many on here.

After episode 8 will this site get shut down or are people here going make theories why Red John is not Red John but someone else? xD
