ok there are alot of amazing theorys on this site and i am here to share mine cause all i do is read lol here goes.

mcallister- no. simple. he is just too weak; you can see it in his eyes and that he doesnt fit the physical features. he works for red john tho.

stiles- no. he is old and i remember jane saying "you? you wouldnt hurt a fly." 

bertram- maybe. as i read its obvious it isnt him and he doesnt fit the physical features as well, but then again, bruno says fans will be disappointed on who is red john and for some reason bertram sticks out to me when bruno says that because maybe, just maybe, he wore a wig and faked all that stuff in front of that blind lady just so she couldnt expose him. 

kirkland- no. we all saw he get shot 6 times from the back, i doubt bruno would bring him back.

haffner- no. i dont think he is dead and i doubt he is red john or he works for red john. i dont think he has anything to do with red john. looks pretty innocent to me. but he has the hair of red johns describness and maybe the blind lady didnt know what color hair he had? how did she even know it was black hair? 

reede- no. he is going to die in episode 7. hes too weak to be red john.

partiridge- maybe. he is my top suspect because when lisbon went and saw him and he fell, then he died, she got up and then looked at the opened door (then again i wonder who opened that door) there was nothing behind her so whoever was behind her couldnt have pulled her from the back; there was nothing. im guessing partridge pulled her and had his way with her. 

lisbon- but then again, who remembers walter mashburn? IMDB put walter mashburn as red john and that got me thinking so much, lisbon slept with walter and maybe just maybe he is red john and he didnt want to hurt her? and maybe, she knows what happened that night. maybe lisbon is a part of tyger tyger.

i have some other things id like to share as well.

maybe red john isnt just one man? maybe he is a huge group of men who help him kill all the people he kills?

or maybe jane is in a mental institute and his co workers are his room mates and he became so obsessed with who killed his wife and daughter that he went crazy and landed in a mental institute. crazy hahaahah.

or maybe one of janes co workers; cho, wayne, grace or lisbon could be working for red john? who knows.

all in all i cant wait till i find out who red john is. 4 more days :D 

and patrick jane is one sexy motherfucker. 

RJ couldn't be Bertrum. Too obvious. The Blake Association is probably larger then just California. It would include the entire United States. My eye is on the new FBI Agent that showed up from Texas. Him or one of his crew members is up to something involving RJ.

OK, Partridge being the first to die and being killed by RJ is starting to make me suspicious along with the fact that Cho only looked at his arm, not his face and that Jane wouldn't answer to Lisbon as to "what this means" is also bothering me a bit and tells me there's something more to this.

Also, the odds of it being Berstorm are low and if it points to him I would say they're using the bald guy thing as a red herring to divert attention from McCallister.

I am also suspicious of the guy encountered in the curch being RJ as it seems that Jane isn't talking directly to that person and is talking to someone behind him.

I also think the "handshake" might be more significant as someone that Jane hypnotized at some point since his hypnotism involves a hand shake.  There might be an explanation that he hypnotized RJ and awoke the demon within.

I know this is insane and it would take out a major star, but I can't get out of my mind that it's Lisbon.  Strange, I know but it's stuck there.
