I've noticed a few people who have mentioned the episode where the nurse asked for Carmen Lee? Well, I've just thought, that what if, yes, she was asking for Carmen Lee, but she actually meant it spelt differently. Carmine Lee. Why is this important? Carmine is a shade of red! I'm not joking, look it up! Carmine is a deep red colour.. Like the colour of blood!
Could this be some kind of clue?

RJ couldn't be Bertrum. Too obvious. The Blake Association is probably larger then just California. It would include the entire United States. My eye is on the new FBI Agent that showed up from Texas. Him or one of his crew members is up to something involving RJ.
OK a new obvious clue that we should all say, "why didn't we pick up this clue sooner."
post this reluctantly. Trust me, I am so sure Bertram is not RJ (RJ would never plan ahead to have fake passports since he wouldnt beleive hed ever need to escape or be caught), butt.... A clue in ep 7 when Lisbon and Jane here that Bertram's aunt has a place at "Citrus Heights"
Sadly this ties in well with the early (I believe it was a reading Jane did on RJ) comments about living with a family member with a citrus tree in the yard... to eerie to no be a clue..

OKay after swaying to Ray Haffner for a brief period of time ( Jesus christ Bettyboo!). I really change my mind after I rewatch scenes of each suspect lol, I have finally settled. Okay so we are told by people who have seen the episode Legit, that the clues do add up to Red John. That means that RH description is correct. So this is why I believe that the sheriff is RJ and Yes they did spoil it for us but nevermind. Partridge, Bertram, Stiles, Kirkland and twin brother. Reede are most likely not Red John for obvious reasons...Death, arrested etc.... That leaves the two suspects Ray and the Sherrif.
First things first, I had a hard time with the description because somethings don't add up exactly but you have to use logic. I doubt that Ms R.H would get the height wrong. it's the one thing that doesn't change and she can't see so she uses touch to determine everything. It's pretty certain that that Red John is LESS than six foot. This rules out Ray Haffner who is over the 6 foot.
The hair was the problem for me and the only problem to be honest. But as we know Hair comes and goes. The sheriff probably had the hair back in the day and it is short so I wouldn't let that throw me off too much. He has hair and it's short nevermind about the balding.
Now onto the positive things.

Patrick Mentions him first when he awakes after the bomb. He also focuses on him again (flashback) from the dream when he was knocked out by bomb.

Point of interest. When Lisbon finds SMith in the house, he is on the floor in one room, but Jane and Bertram are in an adjacent room. How is it those two are in different room than Smith. Also, the area where Hafner and Stiles should be...no Hafner or Stiles. Also, when the big blast happens that blows Lisbon off her feet, there are no shadows in any windows of the house where she is approaching..all interesting...
OK, Partridge being the first to die and being killed by RJ is starting to make me suspicious along with the fact that Cho only looked at his arm, not his face and that Jane wouldn't answer to Lisbon as to "what this means" is also bothering me a bit and tells me there's something more to this.
Also, the odds of it being Berstorm are low and if it points to him I would say they're using the bald guy thing as a red herring to divert attention from McCallister.
I am also suspicious of the guy encountered in the curch being RJ as it seems that Jane isn't talking directly to that person and is talking to someone behind him.
I also think the "handshake" might be more significant as someone that Jane hypnotized at some point since his hypnotism involves a hand shake. There might be an explanation that he hypnotized RJ and awoke the demon within.
I know this is insane and it would take out a major star, but I can't get out of my mind that it's Lisbon. Strange, I know but it's stuck there.

Thats a sneak peak for next weeks episode . Janes final trick. Why does jane needs lisbons gun as a prop? Ill tell ya what the heller i know lol. Jane already has a gun yes? Jane knowing that red john is lisboning to him (listening) jane explicitly asks for a gun so red john knows. Jane had already planted his gun in the church. When red john faces him he/she will think jane had one gun and jane like he said to lisbon he will not use her gun. He doesnt he uses it to loose it maybe in scuffle who knows . Just when rj thinks he has em buck buck hes dead . "Jane you said you wouldnt shoot anyone ? -lisbon. Jane- " i said i wouldnt use your gun so its not a lie" haha i can see this happening ...
