LATEST THEORIES

Just want to share something I saw in the next sunday's episode promo.

Please watch it here: (   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z77P7ebT0QI   )

What I noticed: If you pause the video about the 20 seconds, when RJ says "....is over and I won", you can see that he moves his hand. That hand has a ring on it.

After that, in the promo Jane replies, "this is not a game", if you pause when Jane shoots, you can see RJ lifting his left hand again. That hand DOES NOT have a ring on it.

If you cannot stop at the exact moments, I made a picture so everyone can see that.

Here's the link: https://fbcdn-sphotos-f-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/1470291_10202827578876256_914275098_n.jpg

So this means, that probably Jane will meet with more than 1 person in the church. Red John might have a ring or not.
So they might make a editing on the video and audio. They might have changed the audio for the promo to fit other part of the video. So there's not actually the sequence, do you know what I mean? Probably they want to direct us to think that RJ is the bald guy that appears in the church.

But I think RJ is not bald, actually Rosalind Harker said that RJ has hair.

So my conclusion: I think that the guy that is bald going in the Church might be Bertram (looks like him), or McAllister, or Sean Marlow (the psychic) that talks with RJ. And actually the ring that we see in the picture is really alike to Marlow's ring in this video that someone already shared:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8COaSZHveg

My other conclusion. From all the suspects, the only one without a ring, is Brett Partridge if I'm not wrong. So Brett might still alive after all, and might be him lifting his hand when Patrick shoots (no ring).

I would love to see Brett Partridge as Red John, or CBI Ron. I think CBI Ron must have something to do with RJ.

Also I think there's a possibility to be Michael Kirkland. I don't know.. Just wanted to share some evidence about that ring stuff.

I hope we all get what we are expecting in next sunday's episode. To be surprised!

Have a nice week!

**SPOILERS – EPISODE 8 PROMO**

My Theory based on the Episode 8 Promo.

You can look at the clues and read into the
interviews with cast members and Heller himself, but let’s face it; we’re not
going to know for sure who Red John is until the next episode. But it’s still
fun to have theories.

A lot off people are currently speculating
after watching the new promo trailer for the next episode that Red John is
Sheriff McAllister. I wanted to analysis the trailer in a little more detail
and see what thoughts others have. If you’ve happened to watch this episode 8
trailer there are quite a few interesting scenes and could point to Red John or
that could be fooling us. About half way through the clip we can see a man
jumping through a glass window with a gunshot wound in his right lower abdomen
area. This man does indeed look like the Sheriff but this doesn’t mean its Red
John. From what I’ve gathered the next episode will pick up from the church
seen, PJ will come face to face with RJ in their, a bird will fly down and
district RJ while PJ manages to get off one shot witch only injures RJ. PJ then
chases RJ through the graveyard and whom we think is RJ jumps through a glass
window in hopes off escaping Jane’s pursuit.

We also see PJ say to Lisbon in the trailer
‘You knew this day was coming, it’s here’. So my guess is that the next episode
will pick up from before PJ arrived at the church.

One crucial piece off evidence that most
people seem to overlook is RJ’s voice. You can put voices ‘On’ but not to the
extent RJ has, even a voice changer wouldn’t produce his soft high-pitched
voice. The Voice from the EP 8 promo sounds like Bob Kirkland; since he’s dead
it could well be his twin brother Michael. Michael may have grey hair too as
his brother Bob was defiantly going grey or died his hair as Bob had grey hair
on the side off his head. However in saying this Bruno Heller said that the
cast member was thrilled and surprised when they found out they would be RJ, so
if they didn’t know they where going to be RJ, who did the RJ voice? And can
the voice even be a clue now?

Also on the extended look at ep 8 we see
what looks to be PJ standing over RJ and PJ saying ‘You want mercy after
everything you’ve done’. This to me says he’s speaking to RJ. I remember PJ
saying he wanted to cut RJ open and let me bleed out just like RJ did you his
wife and daughter, the gun shot wound we see on this man is in the gut witch usually
kills people from blood loss. Was this on purpose though? Is PJ that good off a
shot.

Brett Partridge has been in The Mentalist
right from the very first episode and it seems like all the fans want him to be
RJ. It makes the most sense to me if that where to be, however I do like
surprises.

My Top 3 suspects are:

1.
Brett Partridge

2.
Michael Kirkland

3.
Sheriff McAllister

I think that Kira Tinsley's murder and Brett Partridge's missing arm skin ties in.

The real RJ doesn't have the tattoo. The whole dot tattoo clue was intentionally leaked by RJ to lead Patrick and the CBI to root out RJ's rivals, the Blake Society, for him. What Tinsley saw in the few moments before her death was actually Partridge's arm skin attached to RJ's body (eww). RJ was bringing the group to CBI's attention more directly, since past attempts failed.

Think about it. If RJ was really a member of the Blake group, why would he need to bug the CBI? He could just call Bertram and find out everything he needed to know.

By the way, when I say "rivals", I mean that RJ had been using, manipulating the Blake group. He was never a member, he was just using them, posing as one, but when they discovered it, he decided to get rid of them through the CBI. Maybe even the bugging was a trap, a clue that lead directly to Tinsley, to Tinsley's murder, to the red dot clue, to the Blake group. Red John has been manipulating the situation the whole way.

Sadly, this doesn't mean I know who Red John is. Haffner is the surveillance expert, but he's supposedly dead. It looks like McAllister in the promo for the next episode, but I doubt it's that easy. It might not even be as easy as this theory. I'm just throwing this out there.

The weird thing about all this is how now everything looks like a clue. We're all looking at everything, and I think Heller intended it. We're jumping at shadows. "THIS MUST MEAN THIS." So I have to admit that my own reasoning is flawed. I thought this whole idea up while drifting off to sleep, so I may noto have been thinking clearly.

this onw shall be the most covered in red theory due most of all, that I have not a single prove but something inside my head tells me that Teresa is Lisbon and the (mean) producer of my favourite TV show will enjoy braking a lot of hearts.
