I reckon that jane kills the supected red john, ergo mccalister. that is the end of episode eight. two years later Jane gets a phone call, it is the voice of red john. that will be the other episodes.

I have started, so I must finish as well.
Heller! Heller! burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame this stupid episode?
In what distant deeps or skies
Sheriff slept with Lorelei?
On what people him admire?
What the clue is "He is mar"?
And what shoulder, & what art.
Could Thomas twist the sounding of his mouth?
And when his heart began to kill,
What Stiles had? & why he's killed?
What an ending? what a shame?
In what furnace was thy brain?
What? The pigeon? what dread grasp
Dare his deadly terrors clasp?
When Red John threw down his spears,
And watered heaven with his tears,
Did he plead his life to see?
Did he who made the Tyger Tyger be?
Heller.! Heller..! burn this script
In the depth of your dark crypt,
What immoral hand or eye
Dare frame that awful serie?
Bertram, McAllister and Shawn Barrlow - none of them is Red John. I know that someone almost bald is shown in promo, and it can be one of them (McAllister can be alive since he was standing next to Bertram and Reede and they weren't hurt, DNA tests can be fake), but they are not Red John.
Rosalind said that RJ had straight hair, and three man mentioned above are bald with no ability to grow hair again. + Sophie said RJ is middle aged and at least McAllister, but in my opinion also Barlow do not fit this descriptions.
Kirkland is dead and there are no doubts to it.
Reede is apparently not RJ, we know for sure after The Red Dragon episode.
Stiles does not match the RJ profile at ALL and i never suspected him.
For a little while I thought Partridge can be RJ, because his voice was quite matching, and Cho didn't check face of the body at morgue in 6x07, but then i figured that:
- RJ is too smart not to modify his voice
- we heard his voice few seasons ago, so Jane would recognize his voice a long time ago
- Patridge looks too young to me
- he seems to be dead
After all that said I have no idea who RJ is. The only options left are:
- it's no one from the list (Yes, I know what Heller said but he can be messing with us)
- it's Micheal Kirkland but that seems soooo illogical and cheap and stupid ending, i would be VERY dissappointed with an ending like that
I can't wait for the big suprise on Sunday!!
I saw the episode but it doesn't pan out like the person who watched this one says (theory below). Is it another red Herring. Lets hope so

I've rewatched the episode a couple times and its growing on me. I'm kind of liking the fact that RJ weeped like a bitch especially because in hindsight, he is just a person.

I would like to explain how the episode was "leaked"
You guys were sleeping when this was happening, i will make it clear for you.First of all, it is not leaked. It is "taken". Some guy "i am sorry I cant remember his name" found the security leak in the source code of the page and shared it.A webpage has a visual part, and a source code behind it. Your browser takes that code and creates this visual apperance. You can include stuff in the source that is not visible on the page. If you try to access the episode using visual webpage, you are required to login with your press member account. But if you check the source code, you can bypass the login part and directly find the link after checking all the links in the source code.So someone did not leak the episode. It was there and it was taken. It was not done by any CBS guys.
