Allright, with only a few more episodes left.  

  -Next week we have an old lady with Brett Patridge back. He will be eliminated as RJ..and that is probably all that will happen..I don't think this and last episode has much to do with the RJ story arc.

-But on March 10..Lorelei comes back...hmmm...We knew that she would. As well as Robert Kirkland, But what is interesting is Christopher Cousins is in this episode...let me be the first to say that good old Ted beneke from Breaking Bad is the killer in this episode...and maybe even Red John...heh..maybe..


Nah..I don't know, but hey that episode seems loaded..then in a few weeks we have an episode titled "Behind The Red Curtain"...my guess is that is the episode that Red John will be revealed..what do you think?

Rosalind Harker

In the episode titled "Red John's Footsteps," season 1 episode 23, Red John knew that the CBI would trace the airplane and smiley face in the sky back to the suite 21 mailbox. I think Rosalind purposely put that letter to Roy to lead Patrick right to her. This way, she could tell Patrick whatever she wanted; she could manipulate him. Patrick would never question anything the blind girl has to say. I believe Roy Taglifero and his entire situation is completely made up by Rosalind.

In the same episode, Rosalind pours a cup of tea for Patrick and Lisbon. In the end of the episode, the same cup (with the same design) was still steaming in front of the television where Red John was watching Patrick.

Rosalind plays classical music, just like Patrick's daughter does in almost every flashback Patrick has.

She also has a smiley face on her wall from Red John. She knows Patrick will see it when she lets him into her room, but also knows Patrick will not ask her about it.

Lastly, every time Patrick gets close to finding Red John, Rosiland somehow shows up.

SHAKING HANDS WITH THE DEVIL

     Shaking hands with the devil can mean that you have subconciously or conciously made a deal with someone. Shaking hands with the devil also means getting to know or meeting evil for the first time. Also, partaking in evil for the first time.
      
      Now think about Lorelei's quote from character perspective.

    "I only wonder why the two of you didn't become life-long friends the moment you shook hands..."
      
      Red John's followers obviously hold him in the highest regard, as in the worship of a deity or supernatural figure. .
God,Devil..so on. They are willing to do his biding.
(die for him too? Tim Carter anyone?)....
      Case and point: The "shaking hands "clue"" doesn't rule out
PJ as RJ. Lorelei may have slyly been referring to PJ's initial transformation or mental break into the murderous Red John.

TIM CARTER "Doomed to an endless, angry search for a vengeance you'll never have; I would call that a curse, wouldn't you?"

The voice of RJ was that of Simon Baker. A simple pitch correction reveals this. Once again here's the link...

    It's also worth noting during the scene
the voice of Red John says "..imagine the LIFE we could lead..It's a higher path.."
Shouldn't he have said "LIVES we could lead?" Remember scripts are drafted, edited, rehearsed, etc. And ADR could've fixed this if it was a misreading on simon's part. It's no accident RJ referred to himself and Patrick sharing 1 singular life.

      These scenes had obvious cuts. Were also flashbacks weren't they..
No indication of linear storytelling. Your mind wants to place them in the order you're seeing them. I find it easier to believe it was Patrick Jane acting as Red John who killed them.....rather than believe Red John happened to be watching tv at a particular time, a particular channel, and was in close enough proximity to get there, murder, TYPE and PRINT a letter, all before PJ got home.

        I can't seem to disprove PJ being RJ. And though some people may not want to believe it. Evidence to the contrary keeps stacking up...

            I hope it's him..i admit. Red John killed Panzer after PJ was staring at that blinking red light...
             PANZER to PATRICK JANE: "How can you live with such duplicity?"

Enough of the "oh he has a red boat/shirt/blah blah blah....
    
  I still hope/can't disprove PJ is RJ. More evidence toward PJ than against in my opinion. Mental disorder, hypnosis whatever the case..
  
  I don't think the series will end this way. Too much of middle america would be confused and never get off their tractors again. And too many lonely women wouldn't be able to drool over simon anymore. LOL 
    I think it'd be great though and give simon baker a chance to show off some acting chops...

Basically i don't quite know who RJ is but i have some really great suspects:

-Ellis Mars:he doesnt really fit the profile and Visualize story, but he ated as a fake physchic,he gave Jane the Tyger burning bright card, he even tried to hynpotise patrick, and what i believe is the most important, he was able to be in direct contact with Todd Johnson..just imagine that and rewatch the whole scene where todd is reveiled to be the killer..if we count the visualize story, id guess he could be bret stiles' brother?

-Brett Patridge:well he couldve been bret stiles son but that would be alittle bit weird..he fits exactly in the profile and that is one of the most important things of him being a suspect, and what is really weird is the mirror scene in red sky in the morning? what in my opinion saves him from being a suspect is the fact he works in the CBI and he wouldnt need a mole like Craig O'laughlin, but it's also really interesting that he will reappear next sunday..last time he appeared was also the last time red john appeared!

Bret Stiles:He isn't red john, way too obvious, but i believe that he was some kind of a maker of red john, he is either his father or teacher...he didnt want to reveal the video tapes but he still knew the information about kristina frye,and all the newer episodes are pointing all the red john evidence against Visualize...but in 2 episodes Lorelei will reappear so it will get interesting!

Gale Bertram:he didn't really fit to me as a suspect but the Tyger Tyger poem reciting was way too weird, right at the moment of Hightower investigation, and the call he was making in the season 3 finale..i believe he is the only one who knew where Jane and him were meeting besides Cho and Rigsby...and he also cares about media way too much and he shook hands with Jane!

Walter Mashburn:in my opinion:HELL NO! even tho he has way too much money and is bored, there isn't any more evidence against him...its true he almost always wears red and he seduced Lisbon, but thats it...he doesn't appear as a killer, not even a bitt like a serial type!

Robert Kirkland:He appeared in two episodes, he seems to know Lorelei really good but it doesnt really make sence how Lorelei knew he and Jane shook hands,i believe he will be the one who will help Jane in the end, even tho it is really weird that in every of the Lorelei episodes he appears too!

SOME STRONG FACTS?:
-Ruskin means Cut Iron, that is probably why he choose to be Tagliaferro,
-it might have happened that Jane shook hands with red john before he killed his family,
-Bruno Heller ALWAYS directs first episode of the season, last episode of the season and one in the middle of the season..and all of them seem to be about red john, only one which red john isnt mentioned is Red Moon and Code Red(thats why Ellis and Harken are so strong suspects)
-Lorelei's sister case will be really important in finding Red John, but i dont think that she will accually lead Jane to him
-most of the main suspects WILL reappear till the end of the show,Patrick will slowly kick them out of the list while meeting them, first one is Brett Patridge,thats why i think that brett isnt red john.

My strongest choice...Ellis Mars

Season 4 ep. 16 "Every man in Visualize is like a son to me"- Bret Stiles,this phrase is very important i think. I think that Brett Patridge is Stiles son, and Stiles is the real Red John, i mean "the brain", the murders however are made by Brett. There are also many litle details to my theory, such as in that episode where O'Laughlin "apears" to Van Pelt he says "Open your eyes" eyes---visualize. And if we think about it Visualize is a very powerfull cult wich has many members in the police so they have acces to any kind of information. "sometimes the easiest answer is the right answer"

However, there are some episodes wich i don't quite get, for example in the episode where Panzer is killed, PJ knew that red john will go after Panzer to kill him, it wold habe benn so easy just to follow Panzer and catch RJ...this was the episode wich made me think about the possibility that PJ is RJ...but that is another theory.

Among all other clues that RJ is PJ , there is also smily face, RJ signature, that have eyes drawn diagonaly , and if u look PJ's eyes they are same as RJ smily. Knowig that killings started long before PJ enterd the scene, in my opinion that makes him the prime suspect.
