Does anyone have any theories on how Jane plans to lure RJ to the church? Like, an email or something? Also, did anyone else notice the pigeon in the church on the statue? Mmm. :)

I figured it out. Red John is actually a man who is in love with Patrick. However, since Patrick was married there was no way he could be with him. So Red John killed his family so Patrick would become single. In the end, when Patrick finally has Red John, he will realize that he has actually enjoyed all this chasing around  and has fallen for John as well. The last episode will be them getting married. Once Lisbon finds out Patrick and Red John are getting married, she is goes to kill Patrick for being a homosexual and not being in love with her. Since Bruno Heller is a well known gay activist, it becomes obvious this show is a metaphor for why Gays should be able to marry in all 42 states.

I'm positive this is the real thing- suggestions to the contrary reek of denial, but that was bound to happen no matter who ended up being Red John. It's understandable and to be expected.

I actually enjoyed the reveal, and thought the acting was quite good. There seems to be a general issue with two things- the lack of explanation (which is definitely a weakpoint here; my suspicion is that Heller wanted an ending where Red John was forced to recognize that he wasn't a particularly special human being, and Jane's lack of interest is a rather extraordinary step in that direction), and his begging and dialing of 911, which again, seems to be a sign of human weakness. He overplayed his hand, and the writing and acting did a good job of dealing with that in a realistic human way. The whole 'I'm a real psychic' bit is a good last jab at Jane, especially if he doesn't know one of the tricks. Now he might have to wonder down the road.

Red John being dead doesn't necessarily mean that all the information is sealed forever. I suspect we'll never learn how he got the list as a feature of the writing, but Visualize is certainly still running around. Would be very unsurprised if they had a curiosity as to how their leader and a presumably high ranking member managed to be killed inside Jane's house, and that would open some avenues for flashbacks and exploring McAllister's connections. There are, of course, other ways to do it as well. But as an actual ending to Red John's arc, the manner of his death and his reveal- I was satisfied, at least.

Do you guys really believe that Bruno Heller gives a damn sh*t about what we are writing here?Of course he doesn't.
I think that the previous sunday's episode wasn't canceled due to "FOOTBALL"
(Dear Lord), but just to raise the number of people watching the episode.
AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED WHILE THEY "ACCIDENTALLY" GIVE THE EPISODE TO THE PUBLIC FOR A WHOLE DAY.JUST TO RAISE THEIR NUMBERS.BECAUSE PEOPLE START TO SUSPECT THAT MAYBE THE LEAK WAS A FAKE AND THEY WILL WATCH THE SUNDAY'S EPISODE FOR SURE.DON'T GIVE THEM THIS PLEASURE.DON'T WATCH THE EPISODE.

As far as I am concerned the origin of the leaked video is a link in the source code of the cbs homepage.
Some people claim this was a mistake like forgetting to lock the door but let me get this straight for everyone who may not be familiar with how "computerish" things work.

THIS DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE.  A LINK DIRECTING YOU TO A PLAYER HOST THAT STREAMS THE  EPISODE HAS NOTHING TO DO HIDING BETWEEN SOURCES AND COMPUTER CODES NOT EVEN IF SOMEBODY FUCKED THINGS UP BEYOND IMAGINATION. IT IS TECHNICALLY JUST NOT POSSIBLE:

Saying this episode was leaked due to a terrible mistake is like saying is was leaked because the monkey didnt war a blue hat.

The only reason for this link to be in a sorce code is because somebody put it there on purpose.
