I cant believe people actually think that the leaked episode is real!
There are so many reasons why it seems fake.
For starters PJ is shown sleeping in his CBI loft/bedroom.
Why would the FBI allow this and why are all his things still there?
The FBI knew Jane used the sofa and removed it. So why didn't they do the same with the things in his room?
In the leaked episode PJ really believes Bertram is RJ.
One of the FBI agents comes from Sacramento. The FBI agents are bought in from Austin, Texas
because of the Blake Association. So why would they include an agent who may is from the same area and who thus might have ties with them.
Who is Red John?
I think it must be Kirkland with help from Reede or maybe Partridge with help from Reede.
Reede Smith must be RJ's right hand man or part of an RJ duo because his name is synonymous with Roy Tagliaferro.

Reede seems to know RJ. While in custody at CBI he seems to react when somebody walks by whistling. He shouldn't know about RJ's whistling skill. Therefore he must know RJ.
If Reede thinks RJ is alive it must be Kirkland, Partridge or Bertram. (He would presume all the others died in the bomb blast.) I dont think Bertram is RJ because PJ said he was. I think Partridge is probably dead because Cho saw his body. (and must have seen his face)
I think it must be Kirkland then. Also Stiles seems to know RJ and he was surprised when PJ said he was present in his house.
Reede knew Kirkland was not part of the Blake Association when he said "tyger tyger" but he didnt know that Paul Wiehagan was one even though Wiehagen is a low level member.
I think Bertram is the head of the Blake Association. I think RJ used the association. Therefore Bertram and wants to kill Reede because of his connection to RJ. I cant see any other reason why Bertram would want to kill Reede.
Kirkland seemed really compliant when Reede went about killing.
Questions that I hope are answered.
Why do the association members have easily identifiable tattoos?
Why didnt Lisbon et al check everyone's shoulder like Cho did with the swat team?
Why does the FBI know PJ so well? They gave him the change from the sofa.
(I'm guessing he called the FBI in)
Why is PJ's cup empty when he drops it?
Why does Bertram go to bar even though he is on the run? He seems very blase.
Why is PJ's wife's name synonymous with Red John?
Jane is the feminine form of John. Ruskin means red haired.
What happened to PJ's father?

I think Stiles may be PJ's father also.
I think RJ may be related to PJ.
I think PJ may have influenced or caused RJ in becoming what he did.
I think Rigsby is an Association member.
I think Stiles is still alive.
