Just noticed this one thing in the leaked episode...

Bertram calls Patrick saying "I don't have to use the funny voice now do I, you know who this is." then later on in the episode it is revealed that not only is he not Red John but also he doesn't have a clue who he is which leaves the question ... How did Bertram know that Red John uses a funny voice?
