Wow, where are all the immature people who were here for days now calling people names like "idiot" and "retard" and a million other names because many of us were rational, smart adults who knew that TV shows didn't make backup, fake episodes and we knew that this would happen. I'm probably speaking for many of the people who were told their IQ wasn't above 70 because we knew it was a real leak. Please apologize and be an adult. If not, I'll say "accepted."

I hate this episode not because who Red John is but how they displayed him/her.  I can't lie but I did like the ending, how it showed how he/she is a real person, how Red John may be a serial killer but he still processes emotions and is scared of death himself.  The 911 call proved that. The part of trying to give up who ever gave him the names on the list "still believe it was Van Pelt". Watching Jane choke Red John and seeing the intensity in doing what he has thought of for 10 years.  Also the part where Jane starts to runaway after killing Red John and how it displays what he didn't get to experience in losing his family.  He'll never get those walks with his daughter and wife.  Grow old with his wife.  And bring his daughter to the park. I hated this episode but I'm trying my best to understand where Heller went with this.  It displayed real life, it isn't about the holes or the reason why Red John has done.  It's about a man who wanted vengence for his wife and daughter or revenge just for himself.  I enjoyed the part of how Jane processed through the years of Red John, the unvieling is really a small part of the show.  The Mentalist Red John isn't about who it is and his reasoning.  It's about a men who needed to find peace in his life and showing us the steps he makes to relieve himself of the stress of his loss. I hope to see Jane mature and become a happier person.

Fucking Bruno Heller
Fucking The Mentalist

This is the worst episode of the mentalist, and it should have been the
most epic episode, Bruno Heller promised us answers, but we just got
more questions after this one. If you are new to the show, stop at the
episode called strawberries and cream , and forget about the rest.

Not only did the episode leak 4-5 days before it was supposed to come
on T.V, but they even managed to spoil it in a 30 second long promo,
and in a picture posted on the Cbs official site, I just can't believe
that the same man that gave us Strawberry and cream, created this, I'm
in shock,no words can even begin to describe what I'm feeling right
now, I love this show so much, but we didn't get anything Bruno Heller
promised us, unless the next episode gives us some mind blowing , I'm
afraid there won't be a season 7, maybe not even the rest of this
season either

Can someone competent please take Simon Baker and the team away from Heller and the other writers who didn't say a word about this crap episode, and please can they make a good serial killer movie that is actioned packed and thrilling. Just think guys this was it, this was the only Red John we are ever going to get. The mentalist is going to become Rubbish from now on and we only get one Baker. There will be noone like him again.

Heller: "okay guys, this is it, the big reveal that we hoped would never come. we have a budget of ten dollars and 5 cents, lets see what we can come up with" 
 "Anyone have any ideas?!"

Mentally challenged writer dude spots a pigeon: "Um Pigeons......Pigeons" *claps hands*
Writer doofus 2: we could have Van Pelt and the team in the car and she can like start hitting her head off the window to get attention of this other guy and am we could have a map but not a real map a paper...um..map and...um I could play Abbots stupid side kick.
Heller: "We need to think of a really good way of Patrick exposing Red John, so hit me with ideas"

Heller: Ah screw it! We will just have Red John expose himself in a church.
Heller: " there's something missing. We are missing action...we need more action guys but I'm down to my last 5 cents, I'll ask baker will he run for a 5 cent pay increase. We can have them running, lots of running. Running from the park, running to the church, then hitchhiking ya that will be different, then more running until simon can run no more, then just when they think all the running is over, there will be more running, and now red john will be running and patrick will be running, a woman screaming will be running, there can't be enough running, and then boom right when they least expect it grandad falls through a glass door and then he starts running and patricks still running, but not just normal running, running with a phone in his hand and then Red John falls and can't run no more because he tired of running and then we will have patrick catch up to him. Then after Patrick kills red john ..get this there will be RUNNING but not just normal running something spectacular....I got it running in slow motion.....and he runs and runs and runs and runs to south America....the end!

Heller: There is something missing.........We can't have Red John just accept death, he needs to fight, he needs to do something, this great master of survival....he needs to ring the emergency services

Bruno said early this season "I know some people will be disappointed when we finally catch Red John", and I know this is true today and this would have been true no matter who they choose, I know everybody had their favourites and to be honest McAllister wasn't my favourite either, but let's face it; it makes perfect sense. They did a good job and everything was perfect. Yes, the trailer spoiled a little, but remember that nothing was certain (everybody said that young boy at IMDB was the young Red John.)

I'm from Mexico and I saw the episode live on CBS. I was touched in some scenes, but overall WAS LOUSY EXPECTED AFTER 6 YEARS! I sincerely hoped it was Ron or Mashburn. Heller warned us that we decepcionariamos, but I thought that he meant that everyone had a different theory. Makes me want to become and kill Red John Bruno, the writers and director of this chapter. Excuse my English. Greetings.
