RJ is not dead,

When Kimbal goes to check on the dead body of partridge you don't see the face.
But the tattoo is cut of his arm.
The only reason is because the body is replaced with another body.
When Jane tells mcallister how he figured out how he wasn't killed in the explosion, the name of partridge came to mention.
He had the ability to replace dna or put other bodies on the crimescene.
And that's the only reason the tattoo is cut out of the arm, because there never was a tattoo.... Because it's another man.
Last but not least, Jane knows about this.  If RJ was mcallister, he wouldn't have come to the chapel. Jane had no other chose then to kill mcallister so RJ could take his time hunting him. And when RJ is close, jane will be waiting for him to strike the final blow.

So, Thomas McAllister or 'He is Mar'tin Talbot or whatever his name is, is Red John. Okay, I can live with that. I can live with the fact I was wrong. I quite like that he was, in the end, a rather unassuming character. As Patrick and the writers say 'I'm a little disapointed'... Sadly (if that's the right word) murderers tend to be rather disapointing. It's only the media and the serial killers own perpetuated ego that makes them bigger than the body count. 

I find that the reveal of McAllister was true to life, were it not for the back and forward tricks over the years. I quite like that Red John was, in the end, pathetic. Scared of birds, probably not full of regret; even a vicious wild animal will seem to plead and whimper when it is wounded. Obviously he would do or say anything to be spared, before presumably biting the hand that feeds him. In the end, there are questions, like how did he know the list being but one of them?

He says, before being silenced by Janes hand that he has 'Real sight'.

Unlike Jane he did believe he was powerful, magical even. But, we know this not to be true, unless you're into that mumbojumbo. So! Who gave him the list? Red John will claim he is magical because it fits with his ego, even though he states previously that he knows he will not be judged or punished by a god. We assume he is an atheist, perhaps he was.

ok so here is what I am having a problem with: we see Lisbon hear a bang and then the house explodes. So sheriff(aka red john, unfortunately) reveals that the bang was a flash grenade which he used to knock everyone out while he got the substitute body and set up the bomb. this had to take him like at least five minutes. how does this explain the bang followed only seconds later by the explosion? I mean even people who aren't fanatics can see the inconsistency there. That is just awful writing. So please let me know if I missed something that explains this.

I still believe that Haffner would be the best candidate for RJ.
 Anyway, the show is over and that's the decision of Heller. Should say, the ending was really disappointing but the overall show was good. There were many interesting episodes. At the end nobody cared about the identity of RJ anymore and that's OK, because it was obvious that nobody may be so cunning in this era of technology. Red John was smuggling in the houses of people and killing them and no camera recordings, no neighbors... just ridiculous. So, lets say that we watched a sometimes good sometimes bad detective story, where one of the cases was about the notorious killer red john. Obviously they could come up with an interesting ending.

Heller have lied to us all , just face it, althought he told us that "everthing will be reaveled". yeah well , it was doom way from everything , he only answered why Partridge was killed and how the bomb was made at janes house, and yeah sure " You are arrogant , you cant imagine someone smarter then you , thats why ive been ahead of you all the time" , THAT to me isnt an explanation. 

i can feel that if he just didnt spoil RJ ( mcallister) in the promo, it would have been more "OK" that the episode sucked, but this was so freakin bad.

He betrayed us thats it. Im really angry to, and there is no way Heller can make this up , should he like .. give us a 3rd time of "that wasnt the real RJ" ? he cant , then its ruined to. I do think Heller realise how piss we are , and imo he will lose like 1/3 of hes viewers so thats it.

Btw am i the only one who wanna go home to Heller , dressed in a Black coat and an ugly mask, shot him in the leg, then walks towards him while he lays on the floor, crying and screeming "Noo! NOO!" and then just use the creepiest voice i can make and..

remember the first season finale ??  why did they show the red  tea cup in the rj's cabin camera room if rj wasnt patrick . again the same episode , the cop that patrick shot when he was dying he was laughing and pointing at him as if patrick was rj and he just discovered it. there are hundreds of small clues or feelings that patrick is red john but dont make sense . cuz rj is a sherrif in a small town right ? get out of here ... we have waited so long for answers and a rj that could be at least equals with patricks mind!!!
