"I have a dream! And in that dream Heller will cut the nonsense crap and give us explanations about Red John's past!"

Its a real shame! Ok, McAllister is a good Red John, a sheriff would have the freedom to come and go without anyone asking what he was doing, etc. Xander Berkeley is and amazing actor but the script for "Red John" episode is just lame.

I was madly angry when i read the interview that says Heller only decided who was Red John a couple of years ago. So ALL THOSE YEARS we were chasing NOTHING! There was NO RED JOHN! Not even Heller knew who he was! That's is fuc**!@# ... ¬¬

The scene when McAllister says "Its totally fair. The game is over and i won", i kinda raped the REPLAY, i just started to laugh, SIMON BAKER's voice in Xander Berkley, a shit dubbing. It was more than anything funny hahahaha..

So.. we know who is Red John, finally, but we also have NO IDEIA of WHO is Red John, if you know that i mean, there was 0 explanations. What about the SHOT on Patrick's house? Was that the concussion bomb? Did i miss anything? .__.

Is any familiar with how TV production codes work?

Ep. 8 "Red John" is listed as 4X5607, while Ep. 7 "The Great Red Dragon" is 4X5608 - the only 2 episodes that have the codes in wrong order.

Is this a typo mistake by whoever updated the Wiki entry, or does it hint of something else?

I'm delusional and refuse to believe that the producers would write/shoot such a shitty episode. It defies all logic.

I wanted to go back and watch old episodes for clues to who should have been red john. But i just realised, that there's no sense at all in that.
None of the clues add up. I think Heller was so busy giving us Red Herrings, that he forgot to acctually create a real background for Red John.

In my humble opinion Thomas Carter was a far better choice for Red John than McAllister. But why the hell are both of them named Thomas?

I'm pretty sure that Bruno Heller was quite stoned when he wrote this bullshit Red John episode, and he has been so high that he actually thought that this shit is a worthy ending to the Red John story. I think he still is pretty stoned because he has not yet realized what a big blunder this whole season has become.

The best thing we former, and less stupid, followers can do is to spread out to as many new viewers as possible about this crappy ending so that fewer and fewer watch this stupid show. In this way, we may get some revenge for all the wasted time and energy.

May peace be with all of you who feel betrayed!

The story of Red John is over. Look at the episode titles. Every episode up to this one has a title with something to do with the colour red but now the episodes are titled so that the colour Red is not mentioned. this tells me that the show is moving on from Red John.

Here's some thoughts:

I do think that it's possible that Jane is in a coma in the mental hospital, but you have to consider how long that dream is. Dreaming all of those seasons would mean he is in a ridiculously long coma than usual. Just like to point that out.

Also, Why did Reede Smith say he wanted to go to a prison far away? was it so he could be away from Jane and the CBI or just so RJ couldn't find him?

I'd also like to know about the three dots on the left shoulder. I think it's a sign of the disciples not of just RJ. But it is possible that RJ is a number of different people.

I also think that Brett Stiles supplies RJ with disciples.

REMEMBER: There are only 2 suspects living now: Smith and Bertram. And Heller said that he isn't going to be playing games with us about the suspects. Whoever is SAID to be dead is dead. Although I thought I saw Stiles alive after the explosion when Lisbon was looking around the scene.... could be wring though
