At the moment we can elimanate the following as Red John
Wayne Rigsby - when Loralie crashed her car in to him in s5e16 she was s angry and wanted to kill RJ if he was RJ then she would have killed him there and then
Patrick jane - Come on its not him so many reason that it is not him one s2e23 how can he be 2 peolpe at once s4e23 how can he be having a comversation with him self its not

Bertram and Kirkland - I beleive they are acomplices of RJ not RJ him self
Alex Jane - why would you shake hands with you dad and then be best friends with him
Vanpalt' Hightower' Lisbon' Shettrick' Harker' Frye' Darcy and Shultz - all are female and all of Red Johns acomplices that get caught refer to him as a HE and that he loves them and sttufe he has to be a guy unless they have all been lyeing
Brett Stiles - could be him but i reckon way to obveous
Angela jane ruskin - jane saw her body and said that her toenails were painted with her owen blood so she is dead

Cho' Ron' Minalli' Laroche' Ardilles' Halfner' and then the other few peolpe that come and go kinda thing personly I think it is Minalli as in season 5 episode 5 where it shows jane as he first begins at cbi ande he wants the Red John files but theyc ant just give them to who ever wnats them so Minalli as RJ wants Jane to have them so comes up with a plan you renember the other cop that was there i cant renember his name who walked to the elevator with Jane then Jane pissed him off and the other guy punched Jane in the face renember?
Then they took him in sat him down and Manalli especaly was concerned about him presing charges i think thats right well what if the other cop was an acomplice of RJ (Minalli). then Minalli told him to get Jane angry and to punch him so that they could give him the RJ files as like a gift for his word that he wont press charges as he wanted Jane to try and catch him what do you think ?
Patrick's father, he's a very crazy bad man, he has the age and resources. He knows Patrick very deeply, he maked patrick who he is, and the most important thing, he hates patrick..
I think that even the writers haven't figured it out. They waiting the best most clever theory they read on here to use. Or they are going to see what characters get accused and make sure to go another route to keep everyone on their toes. Either way this seems something best left for the series finale when the show goes off the air. That leaves it open for it to end with Jane going to prison for killing Red John, Jane's death by Red John's hand, or for Jane to be revealed as Red John and kill himself or be arrested.
Stop making theories. Red John wasn't appeared in the show.

In Red Barn, he shows up to try and give Lisbon a job- basically a dead giveaway that he wants to break up the Jane-Lisbon dream team. It's fairly obvious that he has a kind of fascination with Jane (he works with him in an earlier season) and has definitely shaken hands with him.
Add to that the fact that he's the right age, he was a member of Visualize at the right time and wouldn't admit to Lisbon whether he was on the Elliston Farm... yeah.
i think that rj is cho bcz Lorelei tell that patrick know him and he hand shake with him then top suspect is cho bcz that nigh when Lorelei's come to kill the killer of her sister and that night rigsby theaire after she know that red john is killer why she dont kill rigsby thats why rigsby out frome suspect list now remain cho i assume that rj is from the team from patrick had so rj is man vanpalt ,lisbin ,rigsby is out i explain why rigsby out so remain cho thats why cho is red john
