hi folks..

like all of you, I was disappointed with the rj revel more coz it was never a reveal for us as we knew it beforehand through the leak..but..
I think heller here wants to make exactly that point. That RJ was no genius, just a depraved man obsessed with his own vanity and using weak people dragging them down and then disposing them. Iits like he does not want to glorify a garden variety serial killer which any man with a delusion of grandeur can become. there is precedent of that in history..ted bundy and all thought they were geniuses and killed w/o remorse when they were just depraved people who killed for a kick which they couldnt get thought normal tasks as they may be did not have any empathy for anyone.
i know part of me loved the mystery of the unkown villain and his psyche, his creepy voice and elegant mannerisms. but hey, that does not happen. such a capable man would run a evil business empire and not kill people for a kick..that indicates depravity.

so now heller maybe wants to direct the focus on jane completely and his positive genius to solve the real evil issues in the society like some evil corporation?

What the fuck is going on? I can;t believe they ended the Red John story this way...the show was Red John....they could have done so much and made it epic but I'm speechless ..it's like they just pulled a name out of a hat   if you're gonna do that make it someone not on the list or if it's someone back from the dead fake out have it be Partridge or Stiles or even Haffner  all of whom would have been a better Red John  it's just done so fuckin sloppy like all of a sudden Heller and Baker don't give a fuck anymore   Red John's afraid of birds? cries like a fuckin bitch? calls 911???   They should have ended this season with the Red John identity reveal and the 7th and final season is the Hunt for Red John and the series ends with Red John's death       still the Red John fan in me still believes that McAllister isn't the real Red John and it's still open for a Red John return just like Timothy Carter        THERE'S NO FUCKIN WAY THIS IS HOW IT'S ALL GONNA END NO FUCKIN WAY     THE SHOW'S FUCKIN DONE     The Red John storyline brought a dramatic tension to the show that raised it above most dramas on network t.v. and without that it's just another boring cop procedural like bones or castle       holy fuckin shit  Heller just jumped the shark right off a cliff while Simon Baker is fucking him in the ass      I hope Baker had fun directing episode 9.....fuckin pretentious cunt     "i'm sick of the Red John storyline I want to dance on the beach and then after talking to a woman for the first time I''m gonna give up moving on with my life and go back to an even worst situation than before" it's the same show just Jane is working for the FBI       oh ya and one more thing   JANE DISARMS RED JOHN WITH A FUCKIN PIGEON??? I was ok with the McAllister reveal till then          EPISODE 8 IS UP THERE WITH PHANTOM MENACE AND LOST for WHAT THE FUCK ?????

I was pleasantly surprised by this episode.  I thought the whole thing was going down the tubes - but hopefully they'll keep it fun and interesting like they did tonight.

I wonder how long it will take Jane to get back to his old self. I admit this episode was sort of boring, but I can't wait to see Jane and Lisbon at it again! :D

I guess, thinking back, perhaps Red John was meant to be disappointing, especially since Jane even sad he was disappointed. Maybe to show that not everyone is who they seem to be. Red John was not as smart as he seemed. Just had people in places to tell him what he needed to know. Took the evil that is Red John from being Jane's mental equivalent and made him just another serial killer. Though the war was fun, I can see the point of view in making Red John turn out to be less than he made himself seem. It is more realistic, I suppose. I would prefer for Red John to have been more of match for Jane, but ah well. It's good to see Jane smile again, now we just need to see him smirk. :P

I swear, fifteen years after the show is over some of you will still be saying "Red John is Partridge. He's going to come back and Patrick will realize he killed the wrong man" blah blah blah... Its a TV show not real life. Patrick Jane is a character in a TV show.  He does not really exist.

Come on people! Red John is DEAD! They are moving
on to a new story. Stop trying to solve the mystery. Bruno Heller said it
himself. This means that they are NEVER going to answer ours questions (which is
really disappointing).

I am convinced that they choose who Red John out of a hat. Yeah, I totally agree, the end with McAllister was shitty but
I can take a step back and somehow understand in some type of way why they
ended on that note. But ONLY for the “Red John is only human after all” part. I
did not understand nor liked the pigeon scare and Van Pelt banging her head like
a lunatic (plus more scenes already listed by others). We just have to accept
it.

Now, for the Blue Heaven episode…. At first, I
didn’t like it. I was rather thrown off by the jokes at the beginning of the
episode. I didn't think they were funny. Plus, I felt that the episode didn’t have any “flow” at
the beginning. Maybe it's just me. After seeing the entire episode, I liked it and I’m intrigued! I
have some hopes that the writers can redeem themselves by giving us an
interesting plot (fingers crossed).

P.S: Lisbon looked soo gorgeous in that
episode!

Watch the show or DON’T. Let’s solve a NEW
mystery. They might surprise us!

I hate how some people act like they are completely positive Red John was not McAllister and that the RJ storyline is not over and everyone who thinks so is some giant idiot. These are the people who act like they know exactly how the rest of the series will play out and give you the whole "one of two things will happen in the next episode" bit. Newsflash, people who write their theories that way just come off as arrogant, pompous assholes (Yes I mean you Vicious).
