So red john is dead. I wonder what happened in that murder mystery kim was reading ? She strikes me as a red john type . Dark hair dark eyes . Brainwashed crazy psycho
Killer bitch. Thats how i see it. Lisbon will kill her . Shes jeleous already. Cho was sitting in a chair as usual. I loved it . All i need is cho, lisbon, and jane. Van pelt should of been a killer but her bangs are suiting her well. Rigsby looks like a duche. T rex bird brain rigsby.

What the heck just happened, Like all other theories state, I just wasted 5 and a half years of my life and it's this ending we get. What the heck. I believe the real Red John was Timothy Carter. After Season 3, CBS decided to get the Mentalist going longer, Which explains why Bruno said He didn't know who Red John was. They choose a new Red John to keep the show going to get more money, Which is why we got such a crappy ending all because CBS had to get more money and extend the show and make up a phony Red John. I don't exactly hate Bruno Heller now, But if he was on fire and I had water, I'd drink it. Lol guys, Let's see how Bruno fixes this.

I'd like to think that one of two things occurs: Jane goes to jail, escapes, and the show takes on a "catch me if you can" type storyline with Jane using his smarts (much like RJ) to stay a few steps ahead. They set this up VERY well by having Abbot find out exactly where Jane was even with Jane being cautious and clever.

OR

Jane goes to jail, then the FBI agrees to his terms bc they are up against a mastermind criminal they cannot catch and think Jane is their only hope...and presto, another supervillian/adversary is born for Jane.

If he joins the FBI as is with Abbot's rules the show is WAY WAY too much like white collar, or House (when House was on parole) and they may as well cancel it.

For all the people saying clues don't add up, here are some facts.

1. McAllister is not middle-aged: according to the Collins Dictionary middle-age means this is "[...] usually considered to occur approximately between the ages of 41 and 60" and since Xander Berkeley is 55 years old, this argument is invalid

2. It doesn't fit Rosalind description (first part): Rosalind stated that RJ was "just under six feet" (which I doubt she measured with a measuring tape), and since Xander is 6 feet tall and considering that it was an approximation this is an invalid argument

3. It doesn't fit Rosalind description (second part): Rosalind stated that he has straight hair (which McAllister has), but some of you are protesting because he is semi-bald, although those are two independent statements I will play along; So, he is semi-bald, but was him when Rosalind met him?, I mean at the beginning of the show (5 years ago) he wasn't.

Just seen the promo for next week... So the show is now a slap stick comedy with silly music...are they deliberately trying to can the entire franchise??? Can anyone else recall a show changing so quickly and so badly?

Er... I'm trying to start us off with an example... Struggling to name one that is comparable...

If I could forget what happened in the 8th episode, Blue Heaven would actually be really fun and nice episode, but even tho I can't, I still really enjoyed yesteray's episode..imagine my surprise, hehe
Thought this would be my last episode, but I guess not :P Gotta move on, guys, I'm sure the rest of the season is going to be great and even tho I hope for some cheeky surprise on the RJ chapter, I realise it is highly unlikely, but I will still gladly watch the rest of the show! Love ya guys, really enjoyed and still enjoy reading discussions on my favorite TV show!
