Why was Sheriff Thomas McAllister even on the list in the first place?

Remember, in The Red Barn episode, Patrick told Lisbon something like "400 people on the list are people I never ever saw or heard from again, which means they're not Red John"

Sheriff McAllister was one of them! After season 1 episode 2 we never saw him again. Or did we and I missed it?

Anyway, McAllister being Red John is the worst thing that could happen to the series and I think Bruno Heller signed his series death warrant in episode 8.

I've got to say something , people are complaining about how bad Season 6 episode 8 is , I agree 100% but Lets be honest , the episodes 1-7 Were good to us because We made theories , We Kept guessing , and we all thought bruno knew what he was doing , let me point out the flaws of those episodes

1.Lisbon script mistake:- Lisbon said:-" Bertrum and the other 7 suspects on the list" that was a script mistake.

2. Lisbon's sudden urge to ignore telling patrick important stuff:- 
what important stuff you might ask..? well one thing is that she didnt tell him about haffners visitation at the hospital + his whistling , Nor did she tell him about Haffners Random fear of spiders , .

3.The whole blake Association thing is Garbage.. It would of been awesome IF bruno didnt fuck up and make it that RJ has followers that would commit suicide for him , i mean it was fucking stated that the members of tyger tyger had no idea who the hell was Red john and they all just followed orders.. So how did RJ meet lorlei and seduce her into working with him... , How did he Fuck up kristina frye? , how is it that Rebecca , that chick from season 5 finale , they all knew him personally.. How is it that red john went to prison , and then became a county sherrif...?? All remains unanswered , .....


Now I'm going to make a new scenario for you guys on the Red john reveal and i hope you all like it.. In my opinion this is how it should of gone down.

Patrick is in the church with Bertram , Bertram then confronts patrick and says.. "I never really wanted any of this to happen patrick , I'm not red john i've been undercover in the blake association trying to take it down ,  I had to get close with mcallister and smith in order for them to trust me , " *Jane looking deeply in his eyes and believes him" Jane says:- "I belie- Bamf gunshot right through Bertram neck.. footsteps are heard... Right behind him is a man in a mask , patrick turns around gun pointed towards his face , patrick not acting scared at all says.. Im tired of your games , Take off that mask and show me your psychotic face " , Red john slowly takes off the mask,.. and haffners face appears , "hello patrick in red johns voice, " Jane looks him in the eye and says .. Hello there.

Haffner:- "I know you must be surprised, after all i thought you'd cross me off your list the minute i showed you i was angry , for after all how could i ever get angry at you patrick?.. you complete me..

Jane:- " You're a sick sociopath who releases his sexual frustrations on innocent women, You killed my wife and daughter and i'm going to make you sorry.

Haffner:-" No you're not patrick  , i told you I'm done with the game i was going to end it with timothy carter as your "Red john" if you never found out he wasn't me , but you impressed me when you found out and dragged me back to play , Now only one of us will get out of here alive , .

Jane:- " walking around while talking to haffner and slides his hand under the chair ,and reaches out for the gun then..

Haffner:" Ha ha ha , pat , you really thought that i'd be stupid enough to not search for the gun before the meeting?... It saddens me , afterall i was one step ahead of you all the way, Say you want to know how i got that pretty little  list of yours?

Jane:-"Lorlei was alive her throat never got slit , and the E.M.T worked for you. so did partridge , .

"Very good jane , yes she wasn't killed , i .. require her for a little longer after to clean up the mess you've caused.. ah and lisbon , as much as i grew fond of her i'm afraid ill have to kill her this time , . 

"You lay a hand on her i swear to god I'll"......

"You'll what exactly , i've got the gun here .. pat. I've got 2 visualize members outside ready to aid me in whatever i need" , I.. *silent* 

"Hey ray, Miss me? .... * A wild lorlei appears behind him with a gun*

Jane:- " Its true you've outsmarted me every time ray but this time I win , The whole tyger tyger rouse was to get kirkland to help me track down Lorelei ,  you didnt really believe i thought you were psychic now did you? i promised him i'd help take down the blake association in exchange for his help , Reede smith then killed michael kirkland.. Your follower As planned and left Robert tricking you into believing hes michael , so i knew exactly who you are , but Lorelei deserves her revenge as much as me , so now we both get to kill you ,.. Gunshots outside fire and one manages to hit lorlei , while haffner makes a run for it , jane chases him and lorlei kills the shooter and chases too , After reaching the pond haffner collapses while laughing hysterically , You've got me this time patrick , but you have to say the game was fun while it lasted , ..

"Jane Stares into his eyes" I never wanted to play this game , but I win , ...

"Oh no you don't , You never get to see your wife and daughter again you know killing me wont change that , Come on now do it , pull the trigger ...

Jane:- "Savoring the moment ray im not hesitating"

Haffner :- "your wife begged for hers and her daughters life , she cried and pleaded while your daughter woke up terrified , no one there to protect her,, i cherished every moment i cut that bitches thro- *Boom* haffner gets shot in the stomach , again in the leg , Lorlei bends over and stabs him 4 times , haffner is left with a smirk on his face , and slowly dies.. .

Listen, I know Bruno Heller has tricked the audience before but this isnt a trick! When Timothy Carter died, Bruno Heller said we would just have to wait and see if its the real Red  John or not. He's not saying that this time. Plus, there's no way the actors would reveal little things like fact that Simon was doing Red John's voice for years..if Red John wasn't really dead.  He's dead! Plain and simple. 

I hope Red John kills Abbot............that dude is beyond annoying. Same thing for Kim.
