To Stoopkid

If Rigsby is RJ please answer the following points.

How can he be RJ, who was hiding in the farm behind the door + running away when Rigsby is in a car with Cho speeding towards the farm to rescue Jane.

How in the season 4 finale did RJ talk to Jane if it was Rigsby ? Rigsby is in handcuffs with the rest of the team being guarded by the FBI. And no the message was not recorded as RJ responded to what Jane said.

Re: end of S6:e11

I guess PJ knew his detention room wasn't being bugged...else he took a big risk spilling the beans to Lisbon on how he tricked the FBI to get the contract he wanted. Beginning of S6:11 has PJ in an FBI room listening to the playback of his convo with Lisbon... After it finishes, PJ says for the first time in the series "D'oh!"

Anyway, big fan of the show... S6:e08 is a let down... unless of course it was a mis-direction...

Love reading different theories.... very clever... hopefully one of them is true!

Okay, 2 weeks ago all the theories were about Partridge being Red John. I don't go this website for 1 week to study for my finals and now suddenly every theory is about Rigsby being Red John.  Did I miss something?

For the list of seven, I think this is totally bullshit to give some thrills to viewers.

During season five, Jane burned every time all the files while he was tracking down Red John identity to minimize the risk of being spy/stolen.

The names spelled by Lorelei match perfectly with those on little pictures, except last and first names are reverse (Bob Kirkland, Kirkland Bob, etc).
We saw only Lisbon watched it.

During the video reading :
Lorelei says quite a few names as if the number weren't exactly known.
She gives some time to the viewer to grab the names...ok guys, Don't you think jane and his memory palace(my ass) couldn't memories seven little names ?

My first thought was this is impossible while almost everyone else thought it was kirkland (-_-).

Then the most logical way I could think of was about a computer trick hidden in the cd. As a young developer, myself, I think it could be possible to do it even if it would require very high skills, time, and luck.
- high skills : a client trojan virus cross-platform placed in the disk infecting the laptot which could hack cam, microphone, real-time internet sniffing, installing a picture to text analyst software.
- time : Red John needed time to hold Lorelei and make her record several samples of her voice, and then patch the all thing together whenever he needed to, then uploading it to the laptop throught the trojan's help.
- luck : yeah luck, all this plan needed luck, the presence of the pictures during the video reading. the fact that they didn't give the disk to scientific to extract some finger prints or data-mining analysis throught Van Pelt.

I know I sound crazy, but we are in a show, they do everytime a lot of IT stuff quickly while pressing keyboard randomly which could take several hours to the greatest hacker of the planet. Using IP addresses like 3526.784.0.1 and 555 - XXX phone numbers ...
So we could explain the list of seven merging these two elements (improbable high skill + show environment) and the fact He has twice hacked into the CBI computers without being detected and sets up phony companies and bank accounts to keep his identity a secret.

This is my creepy way, and it is better than the psychic explanation. If Red John was truly psychic he would have bring a Goshawk with him and registered the 911 number in his phone...

Some things about Wayne Rigsby are suspicious.
When Jane told him to not trust anyone in law enforcement, he straightly understood, usually he plays bad at acting.
How did he knew about the cemetery.
Why did he throw the information to Abbot so quickly.
When he tried to seduce women on the Internet he only chose red ones.
He said to Kimball he will find a woman for him.
Every bit of information from wikis we got are only related to Relationships with Van Pelt(as if every one just care enough to see him bang her).

It's funny how, before the Red John reveal, I would be watching The Mentalist and whenever someone interrupted, I would RAGE. I would be irritated at the littlest things (my brother tapping his pencil on the desk, slurping a drink until it's completely finished, etc.).  I used to concentrate on this show like no other.

Now, I'm being distracted by flies, things outside of the window, and, one time, I literally stared at a gum wrapper for 20 minutes, not realizing that I had completely spaced out while watching the show. It's ridiculous. I actually haven't seen Sunday's episode yet because I had forgotten about the show. How can The Mentalist transition from being so well-written, captivating, and amusing to almost repelling? I don't understand the thought process behind the RJ reveal (maybe there was none, or maybe there is something grand that awaits us). Regardless, the show is going down the shitter, at least for me. Obviously everyone has their own opinion of it, but if a majority of viewers are suddenly becoming disinterested in the show, that's a blatant sign that the writers fucked up, badly.

Oh well, I still enjoy people writing theories (regardless of if they'll come true in the future or not); at least you all have hope for the show. I lost it a while ago, and I'm wondering if it'll ever return for me.

Until then, Sherlock it is! Great show if you haven't seen it; watch it NOW! I wish I could say the same about The Mentalist, but then I would be lying, at least for everything including and past the horrendous RJ reveal.

Hey there!! Just caught up on a few posts here. WOW! Looks like a lot of bad blood spilling around here. That's too bad! I don't like to see that.

For the record, I noticed one day that a poster on this site who calls himself "stoopkid812" seemed to be leaning toward Rigsby as a Red John suspect. I figure everyone knows that's what I've always been about, so. . . . I decided to let him know that I agreed with many of his ideas and thoughts on this theory.

In so doing, I shared with him some of MY thoughts and ideas, too. Much to my surprise, he liked what I had to say, so I shared more. Stoopkid812 and I have been chatting ever since--in private messages. I truly have enjoyed his 'gungho' attitude about it.

He told me he shared some of the "finds" we'd talked about on other sites. I knew he had done, and was going to do this. It doesn't bother me at all. Seeing how I suffer from a paralyizying fear of ridicule, LOL, I said "go for it."

I have NEVER felt he was "stealing" anything thing from me, especially since he started out by crediting where he'd heard it. I guess I ought to say that I appreciate how others are sort of 'looking out for my interests,' but it's really not necessary.
