I can see only 2 options:

The come version, that PJ is on a come after the explosion. Thats why we can see a lot of bullshit with random staff without any logic. (like the dreams)

They rly fucked up this good series and changed the mentalist to a soap opera with lame chicks, boring characters and even changing the old characters' behaviour to something awful shit.

Episode 11 "White Lines" Jane goes in a data with a hot woman.
I think that McAllister can't be Red John. There was a lot of birds in lastest season and there was 2 things that dont match:
McAllister said he hates "those things" - he meant bird that attacked him on church tower.
In episode when Lisbon drove to house where Partridge was, there was a room with group of birds inside.
I think that Red John is bird lover (whistling is way to comunicate with those animals), so McAllister was fake, which had to mislead PJ, but I bet it didnt work.
It is clear to me that Wayne Rigsby is the serial killer Red John and was once a part of Scientology... I mean visualize when he was a kid. I also think that Wayne is the son of L. Ron Hubbard, but rejects that thetan model along with the electroshock treatment... I mean is the son of Brett Stiles and rejects the self help model. I get so confused from one cult to the next. Maybe this site is a cult? Maybe Bruno Heller is Scientology and trying to brainwash us all? I visualize a better FREAKIN ENDING!!!
I don't get it;
In the list Jane gave to Abbott there are several names that certainly are accomplishes to Red John, but they aren't any sort of cops.
BA is insisted of people within Law Enforcement, so why the hell Jane could include those names?
(ex.Timothy Carted, Rosalind Harker, Jason Lennon etc)
I don't know what to think anymore.And Abbott says: "We've already caught them"
How could they catch them if they aren't in Law Enforcement?And yes, Jason Lennon and Timothy Carter are dead, but Rosalind?How they came up with catching her?And she wouldn't have a tattoo because she isn't in Law Enforcement.I don't know....The Mentalist drowned into its own plot...

And we are too brainwashed by the whole "BA" thing.I've always supposed and wanted to believe that Red John is a person, one extra gifted and mentally twisted man.Not just a nickname and behind thousands of people thinking and acting for him.
I think Heller has something awesome planned for the last third of the season. I think something more happened in Jane's house when the camera cut away. The fact that they don't show what happened is a huge clue that we haven't seen the whole story yet. There is some kind of Mentalist twist yet to be played. because nothing since the explosion has made sense or even felt like The Mentalist the only one in the show that has even come close to Red John is Patrick Jane Patrick Jane has been there since the first episode(Jane going to sleep under the RJ smiley face) Jane has had a fucked up childhood(we haven't even seen all the trauma) Jane has had a mental breakdown(multiple personality??) Jane has a sleeping disorder RJ is supposed to be Jane's equal but evil Jane is playing a game with himself He's already killed two "Red Johns" not only has he killed two men in cold blood he has gotten away with it Jane killed his family and to deal with it he has created a group of serial killers all of them playing Red John giving himself something to do Killing that's how Red John knew his list that's why RJ is always one step ahead of Jane.. impossible to catch
So in Green Thumb, Jane sends Abbott the list of Blake Association members. Abbott says all of them were caught or retired by the FBI. Jane says he blacked out the ones who weren't (which is a lie, because they never could decode Bertram's encrypted file).
Rosalind Harker is on the list (so she was arrested). I interpret that she was a follower (not just a lover) of Red John. The description she gave of Roy COULD NOT BE TRUSTED! She probably made all of it up. That is why she couldn't just be questioned about Red John with the expectation of real answers. Its just like Lorelei, Jane was with her a lot. And the only info he ever really got from her was that he had met Red John (which she revealed by accident).
Back to the list in green thumb, even though its fake, there has to be blake association members still out there.
