I forget who on this site brought up the many pineapple references in the show.
You were not kidding, there are tons of pineapple mentions throughout the whole series!
Heller does hate pineapples or at least finds them to be evil.
One thing i realized was that Van Pelt and Rigsby like pineapple on their pizza.

Also did they ever explain how someone made a man burst into flames ?

Olaughlin did seem well versed in fire starting when he figured out how jane did the candle trick but still no camera showed him doing it?
Rigsby is an arson specialist and whoever made janes house blow up knew a few things about bombs and fire as well.
Also the indian convenient store owner episode showed red john use bombs again.
I don't expect any answers just some stuff on my mind .

The mere thought that red john was BA makes no sense for many reason but here are a few that struck me recently.....
The BA owns law enforcement . They in return for allegiance, make sure all of your legal woes go away like Reede smith said. Shen you get caught, they kill you to keep the secret going.
**Red john however, works differently . He through lorelie told jane he could have a brand new life . New name new identity and new everything. A new name an identity is NOT something the BA would do. They own law enforcement so no need to .
Red john is not a fan of law enforcement and like other underground killers and criminals have ways to change identities and whatnot.

My point is that the BA uses law or stretching the law for their member s to have clean records.
Red john is a vigilante that uses criminal ways to change whole identities. Big difference .
I think the fact that Jane asking for a trailer as one of his demands proves a few cool things.
1: Jane most likely knew the fbi would reach out to him making this idea he "moved on" silly.
2: Jane when he receives the trailer will no doubt give it to his carnie friends who were sending lisbon letters for him.
I think the key to catching red john is in janes carnie past and whenever that episode happens its gonna be great.
Also the fbi is the belly of the beast. Jane knows red john had people in the fbi. jane is in the belly of the beast for very good reason. He wanted the fbi to shut down the cbi and its all working great.
Macalister was NOT RED JOHN! He may of used red johns persona but he is not the real deal.
Also, the scene where lisbon and rigsby fake their deaths and jane meets red john was a huge clue.
Mr jane always asks me how can rigsby be red john if he was with the team when it all went down. Well rigsby may be a follower or used a voice recording for that scene . IF THE HOME ALONE KID CAN DUPE ROBBERS WITH A RECORDING RED JOHN CAN!!!!! Remember the talkboy? Lol
Anyway Rigsby went out shadily for nachos right before the meeting . Could he of warned red john or set that bike up for jane? Like i said before the bike had a toe tag on it , the same found on fake rigsbys toe in the morgue.

Maybe he's RJ maybe he's not, but watching an old episode made me think.
The episode where Jane goes on the one "You Got Served" show or w.e it's called, where he tries to catch Henry Dahl's killer.
Craig (who we figure out is one of RJ's many accomplices) is talking to Rigsby and Cho, then Van Pelt asks him "Where do you wanna go for dinner". He says "Napa".
Napa, Napa, Napa. We know Thomas "Red John" McAllister is the sheriff in Napa. Maybe he was there for a meeting with him?
Note this can mean nothing and could be interesting, but this is probably the only episode where Craig and Van Pelt say they are going on a date, and by surprise its where "Red John" lives? Maybe Van Pelt is with RJ and went there knowing they would meet him?
