so to be honest I read a lot of your really amazing theories with one backdoor after another - Red John still being alive - just mindblowing! I wish that there were some tangible evidences for that RJ will be back! (comment ;))
However, I must say that i do not really think that RJ will return. I actually didn´t even find the way they ended things bad, maybe just a little disappointed - but in general im pleased. I do am a huge Fan of the RJ storyline and would love to see it continued... however in my opinion there are arguments that say something different.
Firstly, the producers wanted to move on in a quick way - go another direction to also attract new viewers.
Secondly, there have already been mannnnyy interviews with BH and SB and the others, talking about how they liked the ending, see McAllister as an amazing RJ, saying that this was really THE END of RJ and now moving on. - Sure it may have not been the best written story on TM, but it was still very exciting, when also not quite as satisfying as many hoped it to be (my opinion)
Furthermore, would the whole cast and crew lie about that? and that already tons of times? - i don´t think so.
Its just to me, that I don´t want to get my hopes up, waiting for the BIG BANG finish.... and then being even more disappointed than before since it did not happen, leaving me in this ditch, where i cannot get out of.
My highest respect to all of your great theories with such great images of how the show could have been even better, but surely i would like RJ storyline to continue... but just cannot believe it. But if a crew/cast , could pull this off then it could only be the best of all time! - THE MENTALIST ♥
