I'm pretty sure we're deadline with Bret Partridge. His dead was to easy and why was his skin gone..?? Why did Jane ask the others who they think it was, but no one asked Jane?

Ardiles dies, they don't cry, they prefer to get a warrant to search in a gloomy warehouse at night, I can't even see the point of that.
La Roche dies, whatever happens to his dog, we didn't learn what they could have find in that warehouse, like goldfish they forgot why they came there in a first place.

A hooded hooked nose white man with clean neck skin and a left handed triggered shotgun almost killed a baby and her left handed pistol mother and All they say is : "Good to see you guys" and guess what, a black man is beyond the twelve suspects ! are you freaking kidding me ?

Even if it happened really fast(and was obviously a stuntman not the real suspect), why they didn't try hypnosis or a remembrance technique to get more informations. You can pause at 02:04 to get a good snapshot at him.

How will they act in the next episode ?
How the suspect knew about the new location of the team ? bugged phone again really ?
Does the suspect really want revenge from everyone, or does he really know which one he has to kill ?
Haibach has a wrinkled neck.
And what the hell with John Hutten ?  It said at the end that he was just usually secretly cheating on her wife, why did he let the "screw you sticky note" !

It's like they just throw some candy to keep us on waiting.

I think Haibach has nothing to do with this. I found very trange Lisbon's behaviour and Jane's greeting to V.P and Rigsby. "Good to see you guys", really? Someone almost killed them and that's all what he had to say? Very very strange.

I would like nothing more than a dead GVP, a blood painting we know all too well, and a thoroughly defeated Jane.

I would also say the kidnapping of GVP is a lure for Jane (read the next episode summary), but wouldn't Lisbon's disappearance be a stronger motivation? Then again, we all know how lackluster the writers have been since the Mcallister fiasco. But then, if none of this is for Jane, what is the point of all this? I hardly think anyone would go to such lengths just to kill Rigsby.

Regardless of what might actually have happened at Jane's house, as far as we know, Reede Smith is still alive. I still think the more likely candidates are Stiles or Haffner, and out of the two of them, Haffner being most likely. You have to remember the beginning of this season, when the quality of writing was at its peak, Red John kidnapped Lisbon and left her intact, painting his smiley with Partridge's blood almost lovingly on her face. AFAIK, Red John does not leave survivors if he can help it, Jane being the obvious exception since he had more planned for him, and Haffner has shown deep feelings for Lisbon, which could have influenced this. Also, it appears Haffner/Stiles/Visualize did hire Kira Tinsley, possibly to plant the dotted tattoo clue to mislead Jane. The funny thing is, the way Jane is acting so far, it seems like he truly believes he has killed Red John.

Someone on Jane's list is Red John, but it was never Mcallister. At this point, everyone can see the different details that poke holes in the whole "RJ = Mcallister" thing. We can only hope.

Ray Haffner is killing former CBI members.

great episode, bit wierd that Jane doesnt seemed freaked out one bit. he seems very calm considering the face that ex cbi agents seem to be getting killed off 1 by 1, hmmm....
