I don't know how RJ is...i want to tell my thought about RK...first of all i was thinking of the part where he ask the other guy do you know me and etc....well the other guy told lorelai that he choosed women for RJ...so how about this:

he picked a woman related to RK...and RK took or viseted that woman to that celter he used to pick up women for RJ...so he have seen him again in the past and maybe he has seen RJ..but i don't think so because if he knew who he was and had seen him he would already took his revenge, but i believe RJ has seen him..so i continue..maybe that is why he asked that guy if he knew him...to see if RJ is able to recognize him in case he gets to him...and he kills him any way so that PJ don't get closer to RJ than he is...about that friend think i believe that is ironic he just wants him dead and make it look like it was of natural causes..somethink i wanted to add on this part is that...who wants a painfull death??? and why does it have to be close friend if i had a choise i just wanted to be quik and painless...even if that ment that i would be killed by satan him self..just my though..waiting for answers :)

bueno no estoy segura de porque acusan a teresa esta bien primero si recuerdan uno de los primeros subditos de red john que se nombran es rebecca cuando la mataron ella sonrio porque reconocio a red john y si ponemos lo suficiente de cuidado se nota que es un hombre segundo la muchacha ciega que lo conoce y a tocado la cara de el notan que ella dijo que era un hombre y que ademas hay en un capitulo que el la acompaña mientras toca el piano y que casualidad que muestran que esta vestido como hombre y ademas su ropa y la pocision en como se sienta es muy parecida al la de jane no estoy diciendo que es jane porque esta claro que no lo es tambien hay pruebas pero si de lo mucho que se parece tercero loreli ella lo buscaba porque el le mato al hermana ella ya conoce a teresa porque no la mato si era red john no olviden que ella le dice en uno de los capitulos a teresa que red john le ha hablado mucho de ella y ademas en el enfrentamiento cara a cara de red john y jane se noto que era un hombre y no olviden las llamadas telefonicas de red john el el que claramente se le escucha voz de hombre

After reading the latest theories and watching the latest episodeagain something really stuck out.

A previous poster wrote down that he thinks Kirkland is Red John and has a new face. While this doesn't mean he is Red John it was very clear that he wanted someone who had supposedly seen and met with Red John to know if he could recognise him.

Now, go back to the scene in the episode where the nurse tells Jane the federal offices are creepy and she thinks they will pull a mask off and expose their alien face? I think that is something the writers have purposely dropped in on the hope that people wouldn't pay to close attention to it.

The writers of the show always subtlety drop hints if you pay close enough attention. The big one in the latest episode was when the PR lady calls the investor and the producer walked away and answered the phone - note the rye smile on Janes face. Incredibly subtle but he knew what was going on - the charade about the jazz hands was just a way for him to divert attention.

I used to be convinced Jane was Red John but so much stuff is coming out to prove he can't be - unless these writers get really clever!

This is more a theory and pieces fo a puzzle than a guess

1) There is the phrase "He is Ma..." Usually when someone knows a person or is trying to give clue they just write or say the name. A phrase written like this is when someone is giving a description or telling something about someone. I've always thought it could be "He is masked."

2) On the last episode Episode Kirkland kills the guy in the hospital but first asks him if he recognizes him. Even with a no answer the guy is killed.

I'm not saying Kirkland is RJ. In fact I find that too obvious a guess. But that doesn't mean that part of RJ's group, etc doesn't go around with disguises. I don't think they are going Scooby Doo on people but would it be outside the realm that maybe it isn't a male but a female in disguise? That would open things up. Or if it is a male, a disguise would allow one to be close to the police and have inside info and then also do their own thing outside of that realm.

I just think there is more to "He is Ma" and that it is a description more than a person.

I think is Ellis Mars

If RK is hunting red john why he did not just ask this to Jasson Lennon instead of kill him, after ask him 3 times if he (lennon) know who is he, RK is (must be) accomplice of RJ, think about this also, in 3x09 when todd johnson enter into the motel room and see ellis mars, why dont just kill him, remember todd is a killer with no feelings, and so more he lets ellis mars runs,a witness?? who let an eye witness just go away, also ellis mars is a "mentalist" like showing Jane he is not the only one, and mars is in the list (top 10, second place) made by Patrick Jane, remember something Patrick is a genius why consider Ellis Mars as RJ if is to simple discard him?? he has to know (or suspect) something else.
