The only thing that makes me believe there is only one person who is the real Red John, is that Jane believes it too. He always refers to RJ as a "him", and as a single person. He aknowledges that RJ must have a network, but always being certain that there is one person who is the head of this network. 

But let's imagine Jane being wrong about this. In that case, Red John is not necessarily one person, and maybe the man who tied him to a chair is a different man than the one who posed as Roy Tagliaferro, for example. Because what guarantee do we have that Red John is one single person? We don't. 

What strikes me as odd, though, is that this thought doesn't seem to ever cross Jane's mind. Being smart as he is, he would've thought of this; and if he didn't, or if he discarded this idea, it's probably because he knows, deep down, that Red John is one person.

Jane's been wrong about many things, but I don't think he's wrong about this. I think there is one and only Red John. I just need to know who it is. Though I do have a guess about who it isn't: Partridge. 

My guess is that he shows up every once in a while to throw us off, because honestly, he's got no characteristics for it other than having an odd voice. Plus, that guy's quite dumb; and if he's not, he plays it well. Either way, I think it would be way too obvious and boring if it was him.

Haha..yes, the trailer says the suspect list will be reduced to 7 names..but don't get excited..it doesn't says Patrick gonna reveal the list or we will see the names on it..I personally think they will keep it a secret..to keep us on the edge of our seat..
my suspects would be Danny Ruskin and Alex Jane and I admit I'm just fishing in the sea..

Kristina Frye is my suspect. She is at least a member of Red
John's organization. My reasoning is as follows below. First in Red Sky in the
Morning she spoke out about Red John on T.V. Who would call out a serial killer
on TV? Someone who is stupid, desperate or involved. Kristina fry shows in a
prior episode she is neither stupid, desperate or unaware of what Red John does
to people who talk about him/or her. So why talk about him? Reason two. How did
he grab or convince her to leave her home without anyone noticing. Every cop on
the protection detail can't be working for him. And we have never heard of any
calls, texts, or any communications to draw her out. Reason Three. Why is she
one of the only survivors of red john? How did Red John let her call onto a
radio show telegraphing her presence? And I'm sure we all noticed Red John
refer to Kristina and Jane date by saying Roll Tide. So either Kristina with in
less then a day talked to red john a violent killer or Red john was watching
the date very closely. Also Red John has a very slight voice. Perhaps that is
because Red John is a woman. And to those who say Roseland Harker described Roy
as a man. Maybe Roseland only met a devotee or maybe Roseland is lying. And Lorelei
refers to red john as her lover which does not exclude Red john from being a
woman. Red John has always had an almost romantic jealously. P.S. If you have
not noticed we often see a reference to Del mar, Oval Tanner son was Due Mar,
The man killed in Mexico wrote He is Mar, Kristina Fry was found on Del Mar St.
What it means I’m not sure.

I find it peculiar that the neckties he wears are consistently, almost always, the color red. Which could theatrically (albeit subtly) highlight him as at least a person of interest as this character. I say almost always because I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.A quick google images search for Bob will show you that he hardly, if ever, wears a different color tie. (I found ONE questionable image of where he looks like he's wearing black...so what, that's one)
Who wears that many red ties, that consistently? Perhaps an individual who also took on the same color as ones own psuedonym?

Mars is only middle management. He doesn't have the resources. I think it is Old Man Winters and he'd gotten away with it too if it hadn't been for those damn kids and that dog!

I admit i'm not the brightest light on the tree...BUT COME ON!!!..just because the guy can't talk doesn't mean he can't write.if he was asleep when it happened why does he seem to tell lisbon who did it.wouln't his mom know or suspect somebody...oh i don't know..maybe j.j....i sure hope RJ is walter...he seems to have the most chemistry with everybody of all the suspects...this would make the reveal much more fun than anybody else on the list.,what,if the rapist turns out to be the one that killed and raped laureli martins sister by orders of red john..maybe roy was watching while it happens or maybe the rapist told laureli's sister that roy sent him...am i the only one that think that this is where they are going?
