The Seven Suspects :

Brett Stiles

Gale Bertram

Ray Haffner

Reede Smith

Bob Kirkland

Sherrif Mcallister Thomas

First of all -> This my opinion, You can
agree with me, or disagree

I’ve read somewhere, Bruno Heller said after
season 3 end, that we might have already seen Red John, so in my opinion, I am
very sure that Red John is a character which played in season 1 or 2 or 3.
So I
exclude Ray Haffner and Reede Smith for being Red John.
 So we have only five
suspects now…

Brett Stiles < - > Can’t be Red John, the
first fact, he is to old, the second one, he is friend with Patrick.

Brett Stiles, he accomplished Jane’s wish,
about Lorelai’s escape from prison.
I don’t think Red John will ever do this
thing.

Sherrif Mcallister and Gale Bertram < - >
They don’t fit the description gived by Rosalind Harker.
The sherrif, can’t
possible have  the power and connections
to be RJ. And about Bertram, he is bald, he doesn’t fit the description from
Rosalind.

Only two suspects remains.

Bob Kirkland <->  Is very possible that Red John to be Bob
Kirkland, he fits the description, he is very well connected.

This is what I think, He stolen all information
about Red John, from Jane’s room, so is very possible that Red John knew the
seven suspects from Jane’s list because of that!
From my opinion, Bob Kirkland
is Red John or he is Red John’s accomplice.
I would say is the second version,
that Kirkland is Red John’s accomplice.

Brett Partridge <-> And again… Partridge.P
replied to Patrick, that crime, it wasn’t Red John.

So I am asking you now !!!

 In first
episode, season 1 episode 1, when it was a copycat, Partridge is telling
Patrick “IT’S RED JOHN!” ( when it wasn’t, it was a copycat).

Season 2 finale, again it was a copycat, Brett Partridge told Jane “IT’S
RED JOHN” (when again… it was a copycat..)

Season 5 finale, We all know I hope, IT WAS RED
JOHN , and Partridge is telling Patrick is one hundred percent sure that wasn’t
Red John, also told this thing to his new partner…

And Please… Don’t try to tell me Brett
Partridge is not Red John because he is stupid, he is not stupid at all! ->
Season5/Episde15 the way he speaks about “his wrong theory” (Charles Dickens) .

My choice is Brett Partridge, and Bob Kirkland
is his accomplice, that’s how Red John knew about the seven suspects and he was
one step ahead.

Oh and the best theory I’ve ever seen on whoisredjohn.com , and it
explain everything is this one, you can check it out if you have time.

I was just thinking about something after watching season 5's finale. The only way, (realistically), for someone to know Jane's list of suspects is for them to know how he knows. And what did Bob Kirkland recently do? He had his team photograph all of Jane's research. So Kirkland knows what Jane knows. This seems like a really obvious thing if you think about. Although, to me, a little to obvious, so maybe this is just something to throw us off.

Theory #2508 • By Kyle
Show this theory

My analysis of the 30 suspects:
Bret Stiles - friend of Jane, therefore no
Don Henderson - too limited a "network"
Dean Harken - possibility but work with virus' probably means no
Asher Maclean - no
Gale - i doubt its someone within CBI
Doc Dugan - no
Judge Manchester - has network, fits other explanations, and "is ma-"
Paul Fricke - possibly with the sexual language used about Red John's fascination with Jane, but likely no
Glen Snow - we know RJ is Caucasian.
Donny Culpeper - that "arc" resolved

Out of set 1: Manchester

Markham Shankar - not Caucasian, but "ma-" and fascination with death stuff makes him intriguing
Mancini - a possibility
Kirkland - up to no good, but a red herring i think
Max Winter - possibility with network to back him up
McAlister - not a large enough network
mashburn - possibly
volker - no
partridge - possibly
Jason cooper - possibly but the "failed coup" doesn't seem very RJ-like
Ellis Mars - interesting option but doubtful

Group 2: Mancini, mashburn, patridge

Dr. Linus - possibly but doubtful
haffner - a red herring but related to Visualize?
Bunting - computer skills but not much else to connect
Royston daniel - possibly, computer skills, network might be there, roy is a bit obvious though
reede- unlikely
JJ Laroche - not on the list
Minelli - someone more calcuating
molinari - eh
Ardiles - not white
baihach - interesting possibility

Set 3:Haibach, Daniel

So here are 6 candidates: Haibach, Daniel, mancini, mashburn, partridge, manchester

Mashburn has potential but I'll say Manchester has the better odds with his connections. If its Mashburn the sexual stuff between RJ and Jane makes more sense as a way to get to Lisbon.

While my little RJ investigation i found William blakes painting called "a brace of partridge". There are two partridges shown and thats why i thought for a short moment: can there be a Brother of Brett partridge who wie know with another Name? Thats maybe the reason why partridge has that Similarities to RJ (his brother) and why heller makes it a Kind of obvious.

Kept that unlikely thought in mind i was looking all Old episodes with the 30 cbs suspects. And i discovered something interesting. Watch the Episode with royston Daniel and wait for the scene when Jane is in Daniels Office. He grabs a Book with a picture of Daniel on it. And incidentally he says something like: "its a very old picture of you, isnt it?" stop that scene and compare that picture with One if partrdige. Ouh i think Dr. ROYston Daniel is RJ!

Wish you a Good Time and an succesfully search for red john. Sorry for my poor english

Who's excited for tonight???? I can't frigging wait!!!!!

Impossible to be red john:
Cho
Rigsby
Van Pelt
Lisbon
Jane
Virgil Minelli

Possible but very unlikely:
Alexa Shultz
Gabe Mancini
Juniper Tolliver
Judge Manchester
Brett Stiles
Jason Cooper
Ellis Mars
Gale Bertrand
Agent Darcy
Royston Daniels
Rosalind Harker
JJ LaRoche
Hightower
Vint Molinari
Brenda Shettrick
Jane's dad
Tommy Lisbon
Amos Van Pelt

50/50:
Kristina Frye
CBI Ron
Brett Partridge
Walter Mashburn

Strong Suspects:
Bob Kirkland
Ray Haffner
Oscar Ardilles
Someone from Jane's past carnival life (e.g. twin brother)

According to the description given by rosalind harker,(just under 6 ft, average build, short straight hair) we can probably rule out walter mashburn, kristina frye (atho I do think she is BSing). Also, I think Brett Patridge and CBI Ron do not have the personality/attitude to be red john. We mgiht also rule out Oscar Ardilles for being too short but I am not sure about his exact height.

Hence my top suspects are Ray Haffer, Bob Kirkland (altho he might be too obvious) or someone from jane's past life like a twin brother (season 5 finale will feature people from jane's past so I think the writers of the show may be trying to create a connection here)

Thoughts?
