oh come on people wake up and smell the coffe!!...RJ is not on the list and patrick knows it...is not 6:oo o'clock news that patrick has not been able to trust anybody especially not lisbon,notice how ever since season 5 started lisbon has become more and more suspicious asking about the list,her behavior changed and all the " i have dark secrets" she said a couple of times.something's up with her...i'm not saying rj is her ..something is fishy....HELLO!!...remember that patrick has been burning rj files since what?..season 3?..also remember the toothpick?..patrick only had with him the files and clues the he wanted to be found..he knew that eventually somebody would break into the room..so it makes sense that kirkland found what patrick wanted him to find...patrick may have already had his list of suspects from before they broke into the room which makes you think he may in fact be one step ahead of rj and rj doesn't know it and if he tells lisbon this would jeopardized his master plan....i'm looking at you walter.....I'M LOOKING AT YOU !..i haven't lost hope yet..if they were able to bring laurelie from the dead what makes you think rj is going to be in the list?season 6 all bets are off...men or women...one of my theories kinda came true..i posted a few weeks ago that i thought somebody dead might not be dead but i thought it was sam bosco being alive...still waiting on my other theories...lisbon being related to patrick and vanpelt being related to rj...we'll see.

I believe that we've known who Red John is for quite some time now. I think that Jane has a very strong theory that he doesn't want to believe...I say this because whoever Red John is could very well be someone from Jane's past, Perhaps his Father? Jane's Father encouraged Jane do trick people while they were apart of the Circus, although Jane did not feel comfortable doing so with the tricks of physic powers. But, Jane ends up doing that very thing for a living, fooling and tricking people for a financial gain, I believe that Jane's Father was upset about this and saw Jane as a Hypocrite. Jane's Father has sought out to teach his son a lesson. At first I thought Jane was Red John, how Epic would that be, huh? Jane himself sets up all these Murders and has accomplishes that only very few know who he really is. Perhaps Jane is a psychopath and will ultimately lead the CBI team directly to him and have them not believing what they see or what all the evidence is pointing to. BUT, that is just a wild theory that I had in the very beginning, LOL! I really think it's Jane's Father and the Finale of Season 5 taking Jane back to his past really makes me think its Jane's Father, who else would know about Jane's childhood secret and use it to hurt him?   

I've just watched the season finale episode and I don't think any of the suspects on the list Patrick's got is Red John. This occured to me when Lorelai said "you think you are pretty damn clever, but you are not". I think Red John might be someone Patrick met way before his family was murdered maybe when he was young... However, I really think is that Red John's got a lot of "accomplices" or "friends" and some of them are in Patrick's list. I think we'll be completely surprised when Bruno finally reveals Red John in season 6. I can't wait!!!!!
