Its more than likely Brett Partridge. 

HOWEVER, I hate to say it but in the last episode Lisbon's role in all this Red John case is seeminglymore sinister. I think she knows Red John. I think Jane knows she knows rj. 

It's weird that;-

- her hand was in a cast and Jane quetioned her but with a weird look on his face
- Jane told her his memory after she could see something bothered him about the murder (could she have told RJ?)
- She was a bit weird in the room with partridge at the beginning
- she was pressing jane for the list of names
- when in the car jane and lisbon are talking about keeping secrets jane gives lisbon a look like, i know your secret and i can see right through you
- throughout the episode jane refers to lisbon not being a good liar
- libson tells jane shes so many secrets he doesnt know about, (but jane does know)

its all a bit WEIRD?! I hope Lisbon isnt anything to do with it- i want them to end up together!!

I think its Brett Partridge, he is a member of visualize and Robert Kirkland is his brother and is trying to clean up his mess so his brother doesn't get caught and Bret Stiles is their father.

Brett and Robert are both creeping around the whole time.

There has to be more than one person in on it to have it covered up this long.

And also I want to add more confusion to the mix .

I will not accuse anyone.I just want to point that if Bob Kirkland was RJ or was working for RJ,he would have told him about janes current hideout(the one he broke in)!I say this because RJ said in the video that he we will not stop killing until he gets to jane!
So if Bob was an assossiate of RJ Rj would have known were to find jane(alone)

I believe that Bret Stiles is the big guy. He's the one in charge, but overall, it isn't just Stiles. Raymond Haffner obviously works for Stiles. Lorelei's sister carved a name into the ground, which can be seen in the murder picture. The name says, "ROY." Roy perhaps could have been 'Ray,' only the 'A' was an 'O' because she was losing her mind-she was dying. Or, perhaps, Roy is another nickname for Robert (Bob) Kirkland. He knows quite a bit about Red John including the information he stole from Jane. Brett Partridge shows the most hatred/anger towards Jane though. So far though, nobody has proved to have the brains that Stiles does. I believe that most, if not all, of the remaining suspects are Red John. Red John is a collaboration of different qualities making him the perfect serial killer. However, Lorelei did state, "I only wonder why you two didn't become best friends from the moment you shook hands." In reply to that, maybe Lorelei only met one Red John.

For the record, I know I will most likely be wrong. I'm not entirely sure who Red John is, but I know it'll only be one guy. The above are just some thoughts.

spoiler Alert! I think it's Patrick Jane for several reasons...

1. Red John has "disciples" and Jane can hypnotize and command people to do things very easily;
2. Red John knows whatever Jane is thinking and even knows his childhood memories that he never shared with anyone;
3. Jane could have developed a split personality due to issues in his past and his difficult childhood;
4. Either Jane unfortunately killed his own wife and daughter without realizing it due to a split personality OR he became just like the person that killed his wife and daughter from trying so hard to figure out who had done it, and the real killer got away (I'm still working on this one);
5. Jane knows more about Red John than anyone else;
6. If its anyone else on the list of 7 people, it just wouldn't be very interesting or enough of a twist;
7. Jane would never name himself as a suspect on his own list because he would never know he had a split personality.
