I know it's probably not Lisbon cos of the list or anything but I can't help thinking she's involved with RJ somehow, (maybe from the beginning or brought on board), but she's having trouble as she wants to do RJ's bidding but is falling for Patrick too.
I have a few questions that need answering and a couple of interesting theories:
q1. is that video that was shown to Lisbon a setup between Patrick & Lorelai to flush Lisbon & RJ out?
He destroyed it pretty quick after she watched it.
He knew the 7 suspects and the "happy" memory that Jane was supposed to have had.
So is it a fake list (or partial fake list)?
q2. is it me or doesn't he seem to trust Lisbon lately (& she him)?
He doesn't let her in the room.
She doesn't tell him what happened to her arm.
He didn't want her there while he spoke to old friends (she had to wait in car) & looked pretty pissed off.
The timing of the 7 suspects was perfectly executed if a plan.
q3. why did kirkland & gale (2 top suspects) wonder if they could "trust" Lisbon after her recent little meeting with Bertram? I mean what's all that about.
Nothing revealed about her past (that I can remember).
RJ asked Patrick for Lisbons head recently but knew he didn't carry it through.
He's always 1 step ahead of Patrick, is patrick keeping his cards close cos he doesn't trust Lisbon now as she has been feeding him all the info.

both bertram & kirkland are linked. both are suspects. kirkland killed someone close to RJ recently. either one is RJ or they both work for him, so can't be trusted regardless.

I'd like to see Jane explain how those people got on his list as some of them are ridiculous (which makes me think it's fake)

Lorelei mentioned that PJ and RJ are a lot alike, that they could have been friends.  The only person with whom PJ seems to have a "friendly" relationship with is Stiles. 
Re-watch their scenes together, it's like a tit-for-tat conversation, back-and-forth witty comments. 
Stiles may not fit the clue profiles we've heard from Rosalind et al. , but as we've seen over the seasons, RJ is many.  That ability to bring so many into his circle, drink the perverbial kool-aid, and to have them do his bidding....

I want to follow up on my other posting that Haffner is Red John.  I cant stand this fool.  He is such a sneaky slime bag.  He was just faking being fooled by Jane.  He just sat there all smug during his lecture from Bertram, probably laughing inside at the scam he was pulling.  I also think Haffner is banging Lisbon.  I mean how many times has she gotten laid in 5 seasons?  Once?  He created this whole story about her having great investigative prowess and putting that to use in his PI firm.  The only reason Lisbon solves any cases is because of Jane.  F'ng Haffner is so sleazy.  Not that we all havent conned women into bed but Haffner is just a dirtball.  My hate for his character grows by the minute.  I hate the network for making me wait until Sept. to finally see what I already know.  I am guessing Haffner(REd John) will start to kill off the other members of Janes list one by one.  Haffner obviously has the physical goods to kill at will un-challenged. The bad news is I will have to spend several months waiting for Haffner to be jailed or killed.  I am guessing he will just escape and leave the country.  I FUCKING HATE HAFFNER!
