Hey gu ys! What if the 'happy memory' is a fake? I mean of course he met the woman Lili but may be this is not a happy memory although by chance , randomly,someone that he met as young. So may be he invented the quote of happy memory because he already yave recorded with Lorelei the video, with the seven suspects, etc and that's the reason of the mention of the happy memory and the list. He has all planned for kidding us and Lisbon may be because he wants to protect her or may be because he suspects she is an RJ accomplice. So for any of those reasons he has made the video and invented the 'happy memory'

Red John is Brett Partridge
A lot of theory say that. I few times though Patrick jane was Red John but no... Lorelei Martin could have get him easily and so many other contradiction...

The list of the name is "guessed" by RJ? well someone spying hard on patrick could have find the list and read it... or anyone with access to the Bob "copy" of Patrick could have guessed...

But WHO the hell could know about the happy memories (from the S05E22) ??
If someone got a plausible answer, he is Really welcome ! Because i don't know how Brett could have know this (and i would really be disapointed if Brett is RJ... not a fun character/he isn't here a lot...)

Introduced so early and neat. The age description on RJ fits him best. Also the height feels about right.
We got the "he is mar"(shall). We know RJ easily can access Police Uniforms.
(when he poison that whore of a secretary killing boscow)
We know he got ties and friends in law enforcement.
He is set to return in season 6. Who else could it be?

Patridge? Too obvious
Stiles? Too old too connected with both RJ AND PJ and too focused in the series
Haffner? Maybe but hes young RJ was a close friend to Dumars father.. and dumar is about the same age as Haffner.
Smith? Who's that? hes too fat.
Kirkland? To obvious i get a vigilante vibe about him, either he works solo or he will get killed by RJ.
Bertram? Faking hes superbad poker/deceptiveskills? Pulling off that inspiring speech when boscow with crew got killed?Nah.

Mcallister prolly is RJ with hes most usefull asset somewhere within the CBI core.

I'm choosing brett stiles and i'm sticking with him as being red john.

then explain to me why brett stiles is one of the 7 suspects
and not water washburn.

and when says the tiger tiger poem in the season finale and we see his legs.

or roy could be one person
invented by rj..just like timothy carter...he only existed like for 5 or 9 nine
years before that timothy never existed.my guess is roy tagliaferro was only invented by rj in season 1 in order to lure patrick into the cabin,same way she lure patrick to the dvd.so in a way rj invented roys  name
and roys physical description so making rj a completely diferent person
 with different physical description thus making stiles and the sheriff
 being possible suspects.this is the
perfect disguies as most people wont think of him as red john.
4-his voice can be disguised with a voice changer or something
and get rid of the accent easyly as him being a showman
with a strong sense of theater...simon does..he gets rid of the
australian accent at will have you seen of of his interviews?
5.when he meets patrick in season 2 they dont shake hands but
they treatened each other..jane even says to his face
that he is a big fat liar.so they were not friends.
6.i never really understood the reason behind the whole hightower fiasco
until i saw red all over episode.stiles was really pissed at patrick
and especially hightower and even told her not to push her luck.
and we all know what rj does when he is pissed...he kills.
which explains why she was framed in the todd johnson case.

actor to play red john. nobody in the 7 suspects list comes
even to close to Malcolm McDowell's talent.

       getting red john to killing the san joaquin killer
       that was very nice almost elegant i must say.
       tell me how is rosalind harker enjoying life under
        fbi protection.is she glad that you brought rj
        back into her life.
9..rj doesn't have friends he has puppets,rj doesn't
   makes mistakes if he gives you a clue is not what
   does it mean ,but why did he gave it to you.rj or brett stiles
   plan all along was to used rosalind or brainwash her so when the time came
 of patrick searching for rj rosalind would give patrick a fake clue.

people seem to believe everything they see...as seen in 4x16 stiles
is always hidding something or not telling everything as seen when he
is talking to his lawyer....also patrick isn't always telling everything and
keeps information to himself even from lisbon....also some people seemed
puzzled as to how rj got the info for in order to figure out the suspects...
to me i dont thing he got it from kirkland...the minute he killed the guy in the
hospital he came off of my list,i think he has a different agenta or motives
for killing the guy...think about it who is close to patrick jane and has been
asking time and time again about the list ever since patrick started writting
on the notebook?we all know she doesn't have a poker face.as they are getting close to rj it is clear that she has a connection to rj and has tried to hide for a long long time as she stated she has many secrets odds are 100 to 1 she will make a mistake next time she is around gale bertram...how did rj knew about the list??????
somebody had to seen all the red john files way before kirland either by entering the room before kirkland,or placing cameras OR MY FAVORITE THEORY as far as i know only TWO persons had all the red john files at one point or another....SAM BOSCO AND fbi agent Luther wainwright...he looked very suspicious when he had the files in his office..so he could have kept the info and shared this with rj way before he was killed....so rj had plenty of time to gather the clues and figure it out.so rj had the files for a long time and as soon as he knew about patrick making a list he started putting the clues together way before patrick did.....makes sense to me.
