Tommy Volker... I just watched the latest episode "If it bleeds, it leads" and it was left open ended with Volker as a powerful man, suspected to have been responsible for the massacre of a village, convincing the news anchor to tamper with the breaks in the car of the last victim (which you have to be pretty smart and conniving to convince someone to take out another persons breaks as a "dare"), and then finally killing his assistant for giving up information then trying to make it look like a suicide. And just when Lisbon told him he wasn't going to get away with it, he responded with "you have no idea what's going on" then told her to "enjoy her job while she still has it." Of course she then gets payed a visit from a guy from homeland security telling her to back off, and as we all know Red John is very powerful, rich, and very connected with high up officials... and then this homeland security guy knows Jane without Jane knowing him... This all just seems like who we know RJ to be.

I have a strong feeling that Rossalind Harker is Red John.... there is no proof of her being blind and Red John is clever enough to fool people even Patrick Jane. Infact blindness kind of gives her a cover she seeks. She must have made up the story of Roy Tagliaferro to misguide all. In the episode where the dead guard of the morgue is found in her house... she is seen playing the piano vigorously as if after some victory.... she seems calm and can fool people with her innocense and blindness... besides Red John is supposed to be calculative and good at mind games.......

Of course he is not! First of all it would ruined the main character of the series ( a hero). Second thing as we saw in the 3rd season RJ and PJ were in the same place at the same time, and the most important argument is that if PJ really has such mental disorder (schizophrenia etc.) he wouldn't be able to control it, so obviously his CBI "friends" and employers would recognized it imminently. Directors wants that at beginning of season 5 majority of you thinks of PJ as RJ and that is the strongest argument why he isn't the RJ!

I just hope that the disaster of the ending of "LOST", "HEROS" would not reappear in this still-my-most-favorite show.

 first, i was sure that someone in the team of the CBI was RJ(lisbon,grace,rigsbi,cho and also minelli). but now after seeing the seasons of the show and reading people's theory's, i start accusing Patrick Jane maybe he is RJ, maybe he has schizophrenia and he doesn't know that.
 i think it will be a great final episode if Patrick was RJ.

Alexa Shultz, Director of FBI.. i put my money on her to be the RED JOHN..

Although the clues suggest Red John to be a Man, i believe shes a woman.. Shes a successful woman high up in a man's game.. becomin the Director at FBI, was no child'd game, and she could hav achieved that onli with sheer hardwork and intelligence and knowledge of the subject.. - "CRIME".. 

In all honesty, i think Rosalind Harker's description of RED JOHN has no credits. i believe her to be unreliable.. it could have been a trick of RED JOHN, to move away the suspicians from himself (herself in my theory)

And to support my theory, it has always been shown that RED JOHN has an accomplice high up in FBI, then y not RED JOHN himself/ herself in there. Lorlie Martins, was also rescued wen in FBI's captivity. plenty of agents , eg. Craig O Laughlin working as FBI Agents, being under the control of RED JOHN. no better way to manage these agents daily affairs, by being their boss. to top it all, RED JOHN is supposedly excellent at not leaving behind traces/ clues to lead back to him. Well, who else to do it v. v. neatly other than a person whos been among CRIME her entire life.
Plenty more reasons to give. would save it for the rebuttals (if any) coming my way.. lol..
