Hello, I know who Red John is, I will divide my proof into several sections:
* REMINDER: THE LIST OF 7 SUSPECTS IS FINAL AND RED JOHN IS ONE OF THEM!

1) Height
As Rosalind Harker said, RJ is under 6", so if we take the 7 suspects real height, based on imdb.com,
we can see that only Brett Stilles, Brett Partridge and Robert Kirkland are under 6" tall.
so we have the final 3 RJ suspects.
Bret Stilles is too old because as according to the visuallize episode, RJ must be around 40,
because he's first or first to be known murder was when he was around 25, and that happened 15
years ago (S5E13 if im not wrong).
Kirkland isn't Red John because Jason Lennon recognized RJ and Lorelei Martins but he didn't
recognize Bob Kirkland becuase BK killed him in his bed.

2) Age
A lot of people thinks that Brett Partridge is young, well maybe he looks that way, but according to
wikipedia, his age is actually 45 (almost 46, Born at: October 30, 1968).

3) Voice
This is a crucial evidence, the voices of RJ and Brett Partridge are almost, if not, identical.

4) Behavior, Hobbies and Basic Knowledge
Well, Brett Partridge is a sick twisted person, as you can see in the crime scenes, he has
absolutely no feelings, he admires RJ's work, and enjoy from the smiley printing on the wall, and
shows exactly how RJ committed his crimes.
So why did Brett Partridge thought that RJ committed the murder, while a copycat actually did it?
Think about it, if you were talking to Patrick Jane, and you know "heh im the killer, if he gets me im
finished", right? how will a smart manipulative serial killer will take everyone away from he's back?
Tell them information that "proves" he has no clue about RJ, which will lead Patrick Jane and the
others into thinking that he's just a twisted guy, nothing more than that.
Brett Partridge read poetry by "William Bake's", and in the ending of season 3, RJ says "tiger tiger",
which also derives from "William Bake's" poetry books.
Brett Partridge and RJ both know spanish, RJ is known to have friends that speak spanish, Brett
Partridge likes to talk in that language,
RJ and Brett Partridge also dislikes Patrick Jane, mainly because of his "medium" power, Brett
Partridge actually laughs and teases Patrick Jane, just like RJ does.

5) Connections
RJ has connections, no doubt about that, Brett Partridge alone can't have connections for as much
as we know, but:
Bob Kirkland and Brett Stilles have these connections.
Bob Kirkland is the hitman and the one who pullis the strings for RJ (Brett Partridge), while it is
unclear how they met, we know for sure that Bob Kirkland is the guy who does the dirty work for RJ.
Brett Stilles has a lot of power, but he can't be RJ for many many reasons, so why would he help
RJ?
Remember that Brett Stilles likes to help to visualize members, and RJ was a visualize member,
so Brett Stilles probably helps RJ, just like he helped Rey Haffner with his invest in a new
bussines.

Why Bertram?Well its simple really.He has connections,he knows poetry,he is the only one who has known that Patrick was at the mall in Strawberries and cream so he could sent The fake RJ to meet him,then the scene with kirkland in the office with him,but the most important clue is his age,many people think that RJ is young,a kid but thats where your wrong renember the seaon 1 finale with Rosalind Harker?Dumar or the cop that was a friend of Roy said that Roy or RJ was a long time friend of Dumars father so RJ cant be Kirkland or Partridge or Haffner or Reed.
I want also to give you my opinion on some theories that are now in the air.
1)Lorelie is alive.I must say that there has been a lot of evidence that she is infact alive but one thing doesnt add up,if Patrick recorded the video if hes behind it then how and why did the tape end up with RJ deciple ,that would mean that Patrick and RJ are friends what i dont think its possible.

2) Robert Kirkland
I must tell you that he isnt RJ,but he could have a fude aginst him.He might have been in a relationship with Lorelies sister and when RJ killed her he swore on revenge thats why he stole the list and killed Lenon but still it doesnt add up,im confused here because he would ask him who RJ is,but he isnt RJ because if you renember when Lenon was still in his house on the floor he knew who RJ was you could see it in his face he was smilling and being very proud, maybe Kirk is a deciple of Red John or not Im not sure yet.

Come on people wake up and smell the coffee...in the season finale laureli says red john has already or will torture her.we see the wound on her arm and also notice HER LEFT CHEEK ...now watch the death scene of laureli...first thing i notice is you can litterally see the paint brush strokes on the smiley face...also RJ tortured laureli before killing her as we saw on the season finale...at the murder scene PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to her face ...no marks of any beating whatsoever and the wound is gone....just the fact that her face doesnt have any marks and in the season finale she does is enough to make me think  something's up with laureli martins.

My theory is about how did RJ made the exact same list like PJ did. I dunno if someone already posted this but here it goes:

Theory: Lorelei is still alive
Supporting Details: 
-you can see an "ALIVE" word painted before PJ saw the "fake dead body" of Lorelei.
-Lorelei's wound is not shown. She is just covered with a blanket full of blood. And she is naked so no one can take the blanket off.
-Kirkland is in charge of the crime scene which i assume that is an accomplice of RJ if not RJ himself because of the fact that he killed Lennon.

That's why Kirkland breaks into PJ's room, steal the list, made video of Lorelei and then pass the video to the girl in CSP who also works for RJ and when caught killed herself through a pill.
