In the first episode of season 3, Gale Bertram addressed Jane as "Wonder Boy". This is what they used to call him when he was still in the carny.

* Patrick Jane mocked all suspects of the List but one of these suspects was thinking : "Continue, honey! I killed your lovely wife and child. And I loved that!" Whatever a suspect seems idiot, he would be being if he would expose his true face : "Hey, Jane! See! I'm cold, heartless and clever. I'm your guy!" Please.

We know Red John called himself Roy Tagliaferro (roy for king, tagliare for cut and ferro for iron... King of the Blades! He had to really enjoy himself when he charmed with this name...). One can assume that if he has others pseudonyms, they must be warped too. Partridge wins the Crazy Name's Game: Brett in celtic (bri) means esteem, he has the same first name that Bret Stiles (a wink?) - Two characters in the same series with the same name? - But with an added "t", this letter looks like a knife. His last name is a bird. William Blake painted A brace of Partridge (two cadavers of game birds with tied paws. As Red John makes with his victims.) Symbolism of the partridge ? We can adhere to the far-fetched theories with Stiles and Visualize with that... Red John would take in symbol a precocious genius protected by the goddess of the War, Wisdom, Artisans, Artistes and Teachers... Not surprinsing.
This is in the fact one of the characters to have a name without be named. He is named for the first time in Red John's Rules (season 5, episode 22): "You sure this wasn't Red John, are you, mister Partridge?" Incidentally, I have a weak level in English but if we reverse this sentence... Mister Partridge, you are Red John. Wasn't this you, sure ? I don't know.
Because Partridge has the same face than "classic Red Johns smiley face" (eyes, his propension to have a smile to his face then he is on a crime scene, a lock of hair on the right side), a similar voice and buttock. In His Red Right Hand (season 2, episode 8), Red John has a sexy gait like Jim Carrey in I Love you Philip Morris in his tiny shorts when he is in jail corridor and with the Rebecca's "uh, I took a triple dose of ecstasy" face... And Partridge is the only character filmed with his face and Red John's smiley in the same shot. This is a trap? Maybe but notice.

He's a forensics tech, admirer of Red John but he is regularly mistaken about him and he works in the same place than the Red John's Nemesis, Patrick Jane. He loves macabre things. And Red John just leaves his alone?
RJ's crimes are nervous and violent. It's a stalker who « zaps [people] with his trusty stun gun » (see the Partridge's expressions: to zap is for insects and "trusty" is a personification... It's comic if Red John, who used peoples likes objetcs, humanizes an objetc. "Trusty, loyal" arent' harmless), cuts his victims troat, clubs anarchically their chest, binds up them and abuses of their viscera...a most polite way to say he raps their corpse. CADAVER.
As of now, one character appears canning to have fun with gore and necrophilia and this is Partridge: a ghoul is creature who enjoying cadavers (and who having the power of paralysis. And if we add the #4116 Stephen Triesch's theory that takes the cake!). "Then he takes his sweet time dealing with Alison. How he likes. She's a nice big girl." (Partridge's quote in Pilot) With the last bold word, see how this sentence is impossible to say in society. Especially with so much delectation and close by Ptrick Jane (everyone knows for his wife and child). Partridge has this weird tendency: he gives back the death living. A Red John's key theme.
Just for fun, in the pilot Patrick Jane underlines that RJ is a showman and what is Partridge making? His show. And he has always the golf club in his hands... the guy just walked it with.
When Partridge describes the way for drawing the Red John's smiley face, he says "rubber kitchen gloves". Why? Rubber kitchen gloves? It's very precise. I don't know to the United States but in France, the rubber kitchen gloves are mainly yellow and pink. Imagine a bloke is drawing on the wall with pink gloves, it's not glamor. I forgot it and told myself this guy had too much enthusiasm for RJ. But Red John wears really rubber kitchen gloves! In Red Sky in the Morning (season 2, episode 23), in addition to the scene symmetry (the meeting with RJ/Jane), Partridge has fun talking Spannish. Red John killed Jared Renfrew and his whore in Mexico (and probably, it's him who writted He is man on the wall. Renfrew is dying, he turns over for writting subjet+verb+complement or worst... an anagram? Please. Red John's black humor.) Patridge imitates a psychic (later in this episode, Kristina frye will be abducted). If this guy is Red John, oh dear, I'm sorry but I think that's an evil genius! He presses right where it hurts.
In Red is the New Black (season 4, episode 13) it shows that RJ doesn't wear ring, Partridge also.
in Red John's Rules (season 5, episode 22), his behavior is differend than in the others scenes. He has a new haircut (made between the episode 15 and the episode 22); it's the same on the final suspects list. And the quote (a little bombshell): « I’ve worked Red John murder scenes since he began. » when he said in the pilot: « I’m stoked to finally see one in the flesh! » (This last sentence is very sarcastic if he's RJ... peculiar humor.)

How else would RJ access a happy memory of Jane?
How else would he know about the seven names Patrick kept in his journal, in his pocket, at all times?
Patrick "said" he locked himself for a week ... "asked" Lisbon not to be disturbed... Couldn't he have gone out during that "week" to plan and execute the kill?
Patrick "is" with Lisbon most of the time... Then again RJ has many people who work for him, who could do most of the dirty work for him...
How many other persons can persuade that many people (probably hypnosis) to such loyalty !

Bret Stiles is the boss of the visualize church and its members are people from everywhere. CBI (Haffner), FBI, Police, politics and others...I Think this is why red John has his friends all over the USA. Stiles told Patrick where Cristina Frye was, i don't get why patrick never asked him... I Think Stiles and Patridge are the two great suspects but it can't be Patridge. I watched every episode with him again and i've never seen him shaking hands with patrick. he met him, yes, but they never shooked hands.. maybe I forgot an episode, but i don't think so.

- Bret Stiles: is probably an old friend
- Reede Smith: i don't think he is connected to red john
- Bob Kirkland: i don't think he is red john but his right hand man
- Sheriff Thomas McAllister: i don't think that he related to RJ at
all, he only appeared in the first episode and wasn't that special(but
who knows, there is no evidence that he isn't RJ, but if he was it will
really be a bad decision from the writer)
- Brett Partridge: i don't think he is red john but maybe a one of his
minions, and Bruno Heller stats in an interview that red john isn't a
basement kind of serial killer(which Brett seems to be, as remarked by
Jane in S01E01) and he also doesn't seem to have the money red john
seems to have, he also isn't that high in the society or work as Red
John seems to be, and he doesn't have the "looks", because RJ isn't just
a serial killer he is a cult leader, so how he looks is important
- Gale Bertram: i just don't think he is red john, for a lot of tiny details that don't add up
- Raymond Haffner: He fits all the criteria so far, he is a high
ranking member of the CBI,a Visualize member, and after the evidence
from "The Red Barn" it seems possible he was at the farm in 1988 when
one of the first Red John smiley faces was drawn. He fits the age,
description, seems to have money, and mental intelligence, he is also
interested in Lisbon and tries to befriend her (if he was red john that
is probably what he would do), and most of all he is called ray, and
we know that red john nickname is Roy !!
- None of the above (His father, someone else): i don't think that he
is none of the above because if he wasn't i think he would probably
mocked Jane about it in the video at the end (also he said, that
because of what Lorelei said to Jane, the game rules is going to
change, so if what she said was wrong he wouldn't really bother), and
it isn't Jane's father because he was a fraud and didn't have a problem
with it, unlike red john who seems to be a man of honor in a way
(S01E01, the note he leave's to Jane about killing his family) but i
think that his father may be one of red john's minions.
And Bruno Heller said that RJ is in the list so that's impossible .
- JANE HIMSELF!!: that''s not possible for a thousand reason:
1- he isn't a Visualize member
2- he doesn't have the time(he was awake for a whole weak during the
finale episode, so he couldn't have killed RJ's last victim)
3- he can't possibly handshake himself
4- Lorelei wouldn't lie to him (about handshaking RJ) and in the same
time plan to kill his alter ego "RJ" for killing her sister
5- Bruno Heller said that RJ is in the list and Patrick Jane isn't.

- All of the seven names or more than one of them! : that's not
impossible per se, and it would actually make a great twist if RJ isn't a
single person but a group of people pretending to be one person, but
still i don't think that and don't want to think that this is what will
happen actually.
And about how RJ knew about Jane's "Happy Memory" that RJ stole the
finale episode, i think at some point red john hypnotized Jane(He was
alone with him for some time in one of the episodes) into telling him
god knows what, Or Jane's father Alex maybe one of RJ's minions or at
least his related to him somehow and he spoke with RJ about that "Happy
Moment" in Jane's life.
but what is really wired how did he know the list, there is a few explanation:
1- he is watching him all the time or making someone watch him and he deducted the 7 names from what he learned
2- the video is edited and is made/edited after Bob Kirkland(who is
related or is RJ) saw what Jane was working on in his secret hideout,
and deducted the names from what he gathered and edited the video that
he made of Lorelei and put the names in it
3- something else (But certainly Not PSYCHIC related)
