I dont see Jane being Red John as why would he kill his Own wife and daughter and when he talks about them it always looks like he is imagineing them happy with him also when he had the drug in the tea and visuallised his daughter she was happy and for her to be murdered my her dad i dont think he would imagine her being happy
I am pretty sure he is Red John because he hate the whole team withouth any reasons.
Another clue is that LaRoche is a french name that mean The Rock, and in french Red John is John Le Rouge. You can see there are the same first letters: J L R
i think it may be someone who is pretty familiar to us. But anyway he/she is hiding behind the smoke. As Bruno Heller said RJ might be seen by us already. But there are some mysteries we have to have a look. Remember the 1st season finale, When cho and rigsby went to find the person who bought toy for Rosalind Harker to a toy shop, they suddenly came across the owner of the shop. The owner said that he was having security camera footage and willing to show them.Then the three persons got into the shop.But at that moment someone is crossing them by having a deep look combined with a mysterious smile.... who is that? Red John?????

I won't give you the answer but, if you listen very closely you will hear BT give PJ some info on RJ at the end of a episode where he uses the words "friend". He uses the word twice in different context.....or was it different context? RJ never says or does any thing by chance ;)
I believe that Red John is Patrick Jane's father. After Jane left him in the circus, his father was never seen again. I think that is suspicious!

I don't think "bob" is Red John, but i think Red John is going to kill Volker.
Volkers is stealing the game of Red John by using his power to controle everything. But Red John is not aproving his motives. Volkers is on a powertrip and Red John is on a mission.
