I found a very interesting thing: the title of the episode 6x07 will be "The Great Red Dragon."
Maybe some of you have already figured out the crux of the matter, but for those who had no idea what I'm talking about, I'll try to explain everything.

From what we could tell, Red John is not a believer. Not in the traditional sense, at least. But he could have his own conception of religion and it could be the same as William Blake; this would also explain the frequent quotations from the poem "The Tyger".
"The great red dragon" of the title that I mentioned is indeed the dragon that appears in the book of Revelation. In the same book there is the famous number of the beast, which in this case maybe would not be so random in the sixth season premiere.
But what does William Blake have to do with all this stuff? Well, Blake was also a painter and he has painted "The Great Red Dragon Paintings" (you could find it on wikipedia).

Now, I'm not an expert on Blake, but just reading the wikipedia article about him, we can get an idea of its strange conception of religiosity.

I believe these are links rather concrete and then Red John may have been totally charmed by William Blake's philosophy, so he started his activity, which is not limited only to the serial killings, but also to put in place a mission of "love and enlightenment".

Another detail: the book of Revelation is attributed to John, the apostle.
So maybe the choice of the name "Red John" comes from here.

If so, the "Apocalypse" began when Patrick has got the list of the seven suspects and has started the final challenge has started. So Red John will likely try to complete his plan, whatever it is.
And it may be that his next victims, starting from Partridge, may symbolize some other influential figure in in the Apocalypse of John.
There is also another interesting detail, the description of the great red dragon in the biblical text: "And behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads."

"Seven heads"... seven suspects.

Now I strongly hope that Red John has not "transformed" Lisbon in the "Woman clothed in Sun"... because this would mean that now Lisbon is pregnant by Red John.
And I think Haffner could be the one in love with Teresa, so I chose his picture for this theory. But it could be each of the suspects.

Have you'll noticed that Lisbon's cast is on at the beginning of Season 5 the last episode Red John Rules. And at the beginning of desert rose. But her cast is off at the last scene when she went to investigate Brett Partridge at the house. Lisbon is up to something. I believe that is one of the clues Bruno is talking about. The small little details. Plus Lisbon never told Jane what happened to her wrist when he asked about it.

Another stupid theory i've already heard:

Red John is not on the list. RedJohn is Dennis Victor (Ray Wise) who was appeared on episode 4x23 "Red Rover, Red Rover"

And just for the following reason: "To make a wink to the TV Show "Twin Peaks" (1990) where he was the famous killer who killed Laura Palmer. 23 years later, Ray Wise is the killer, again."

I think it's Kirkland. Not a strong accusation but I just find everything he does is so creepy and weird. He went to the scene of martens death and the cameras focused on his face and it was so freeky and kinda scary. Also the fact that he always where's a red tie is just weird.

Anyone else find it odd that when Loreli is reading the list.....she says "SHERIFF Thomas McAllister"? Why put the extra emphasis in this? We will find out more about McAllister next episode, but it's odd. Also when VP and O'laughlin are dating he says they flew out to Napa County for a date. Lastly, He is mar.... If you look at SHERIFF THOMAS MCALLISTER.......the code is in the name. Longshot, but these little things are very intriguing.

Okay...from the top: Patridge is finally out. That leaves 6. But all 6 are working in concert. Jane(We) will find the reason Patridge dies in episode 4. Rigsby and Vanpelt are killed in episode 3, and in the next episode Bertram is in a meeting with: Haffner, R. Smith,  and McCalister. In the preview someone asks "What does Jane know?" and Bertram answer's with: "That is the question..."

So that and with last season's meetings with Bertram and Kirkland make this whole thing point at Kirkland being the ring leader, and you are probably right about Stile's son..whom is probably Kirkland...

When does Kirkland come back in? Or Stiles for that matter?

Anybody else notice when Lisbon is outside a car passes and she gives a slight turn as that something struck her attention? But remember she also was just getting off phone so it was one of those your in middle of something but something else happens to pass by and you do a suttle glance....

Also its dark outside where in the heck is the light coming from that is shone behind the windows? Could it be car lights?
