if you saw this last episode, 2 intresting things:
1- in the reunion between the 3 suspects, why the moment jane leaves the room, reede smith asks 'what does patrick know'.... im starting to think they work for red john....
2- sophie said that mr rot could whistle, now am i the only one to think that all suspects are gonna start whistling throughout the rest of the episodes?
I just needed to clear something up....red john could've very easily been talking to Patrick on speaker phone at the end of the premiere...that's all.
All 7 suspects had trackers placed on them and all 7 were in different places.
One of these statements is true
1) BP is alive and is RJ as he is the only suspect tracked to that location
or
2) RJ gave his phone to someone else, (accomplice) and killed BP he would not be able to do this without someone's help from the team thus knowing where BP was. So one of the 3 is definitely involved
or
3) RJ is not on the list of 7 and is someone else.
Is not a theory but I was thinking about the name Red John. It is not clear who chose to call him that way... in the note in Patrick's bedroom there is no signature so I was thinking if it was Red John himself who chose the name or if it was the police who started calling him Red John. I don't know why but I have a feeling that this name thing will be important in some way...
One thing I've figured out is that Red John always calls Jane "Patrick", by his first name. Also when Red John called Jane with Lisbons phone he said Teresa Can't come to the phone. He called Lisbon by his first name. Could be a clue
Also I believe its Ray Haffner because of the connection with Lisbon. If lisbon isnt dead in episode 2 then I believe its him.
Reede Smith has been eliminated from the 7-list suspects.

you can see at 00:11 that red john isnt fat, he has a thin body.
and this scene is known to be genuine and not rj's trick or something.

It is pretty clear that it is someone from his Carney days i don't believe this to be a coincidence ...Between this and the possible clown face on Lisbon .
Any Thoughts ?
