Just a thought, not really a specific theory per se. But, did anyone else think that maybe the psychiatrist's recorded messages were forced by RJ to completely set Jane off course in terms of the description of RJ? I say this because I feel RJ wouldn't be careless enough to leave that recorder lying in the desk so obviously and easily found by Jane.

Now we all know RED JOHN is an excellent whistler. Some say, it's Haffner. Seriously? His whistling - I wouldn't call it excellent whistling. It was crap.

I forgot to point out in my previous post accusing Haffner, that the "big clue" that "won't become immediately obvious" that Bruno talks about in the scene where RJ grabs Lisbon in the season premiere, IS that he left Lisbon alive. Her being alive is the clue.
At the end when Raymong Haffner was lifting weights, there was something about his face that fits in with RJ so much. His face looks like he is Red John :3
Maybe RJ is a group, as has been suggested. The tune being whistled in thte hospital room is The Muffin Man.

As you can see, it's a tune to be sung while you're playing a game; the song suggests that 'many of us know his name.'
This is why I didn't accuse just one person, although I have no idea of who would be in the group.
Regarding Tyger, Tyger, the question may be, Did he who made the Lamb make thee? meaning did the god who created the son of god also make the devil? So once anyone figures out who the 'savior' figure in the show is, RJ will likely be a sibling, perhaps unknown to this person.
