LATEST THEORIES

Walter Mashburn

I have a whole theory, but I`ll make it as short as I can,
by pointing out only the major clues:

1.       “The
night I gave back his ring and told him about Yuri, I could see something crack
inside him”- is what the women who he was engaged with said about him (s03 e
07) -  so we know that he was disappointed by a women that he loved

2.
He has no family, but a lot of friends

3.
He`d do anything for a thrill – so I assume he
started killing for fun, and he preferred women because he wanted to teach them
a lesson

4.
He is arrogant, vain, narcissistic, and he hates
to lose

5.
When he asks Jane “What, you`re a psychic?” we
can easily observe his disgust when talking about psychics

6.
He likes to wear red a lot

7.
When he`s at the CBI, we often can see him
talking with CBI Ron. And Ron is always in the background when Mashburn is there

8.
When he figures out that Lisbon almost took a
bullet in order to save him (same episode 7 from season 3) he`s very surprised;
like he wouldn`t expect that.

9.
He`s charming. He seems the perfect man. Rich,
handsome, smart, willing to make anything to make people around feel nice. He
offers a lot of gifts, so people can easily be attracted to him.

10.
He definitely has something to hide. Jane knows
that.

11.
He had many wives. But when reffering to them,
is he actually talking about the women who he got married, or about his
victims?

12.
That supermodel was willing to kill anyone who
even dared to approach him. Many women are crazy, but still, it is a little
awckward.

13.
The name Wasburn appeared on Sophie Miller`s
list of patients.

To me, Walter Mashbun is the perfect Red
John. Is the kind of person that people can easily love and hate intensily, at the
same time. He is like the darker side of Jane, but equally charming and smart.
If Lisbon slept with him, that is not a coincidence. It is because, besides
Jane, only he has the power to make her “fall in love with him” somehow.

In S06E01, on the crime scene with Partridge (at 13min), Jane looks threateningly at Partridge ("-is something wrong ?", asks Partridge...silence..."-You're sure you don't know ?", says Jane, threateningly, moving closer, near his face ...like saying "You are the next on the dead list, due to what you've done...", Partridge seemed to be really afraid ...

Jane usually invite to a challenge like "i'll prove that you're the murderer" with a smile ...but with Partridge, it's like "you betrayed me" or "you shouldn't have done that", angrily ...what could Partridge has done before ? Are there any clues Jane is aware of and that we have missed concerning Partridge or is Jane RJ himself controlling all the other suspects/accomplices (via blackmails for some of them perhaps and manipulation/hypnose for the others..)...?

At the end of the episode... Partridge must disappear (dead or not).

By the way, all collected facts are rather disturbful when trying to associate them to the suspects .. take a look at this spreadsheet : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aus4cbInagyBdExtWDJWVDRjNDRSXzBqMWpvVDBEV0E&usp=drive_w...

Hi everyone,

I just want to rectify a reccuring mistake that mostly everyone makes in regards to the clue of the painting on the wall: "He Is Man/Mar"

I think we are all not seeing clearly here. We focus too much on the description as detached words, when in fact I think it means only one word, which is.....wait for it!
HEISMAN: College football trophy.

Remember RJ's accomplice inside the CBI, Mr. Craig O'laughlin, well if I recall right...during a conversation with Van Pelt, he mentions playing football during his college years.

All in all, the main point that I'm targeting here is the fact that only one of the suspects (for now) has a connection to the Heisman trophy clue: Ray Haffner. They show the trophy behind Ray's shoulder when him and Cho discuss things in his office. You can compare it to the actual "Heisman Trophy" (google it) and see how similar they are!

Thank you all for reading this.

Fair to say that the perfect person to fake a death is Brett Partridge. His job is working with dead bodies.
I say that he is still alive and that he also faked Lorelei's death as well.
Yeah he maybe has the right look, but he’s a loner and doesn’t fit the personality, red john is like Patrick in a way..he is highly intelligent and cunning. The only person who fits that demeanor is......Kristina Frye.
Red John is double act of Kristina Frye and Brett Partridge.
