One small detail....actually dialogue between Lisbon and PJ talking on the phone when PJ enters the house of his psy Sophie:

L: What made you think of her?
PJ: i dont know, doctors, hospitals..
L: You think RJ learned about E. Turner from her
PJ: He must have, I MUST HAVE TOLD HER A LOT OF THINGS I DONT REMEMBER....I WAS ON SERIOUS MEDICATION

Later when he was in the office with Lisbon they were talking this:

J:....i know something that RJ doesnt, Sophie dictatded her notes, SHE COULDNT TYPE, NEVER LEARNED, SHE WAS KINDA PROUD OF THE FACT, SHE HAD A SERVICE THAT SCRIBED EVERYTHING FOR HER....

MY QUESTION: Jane didnt remember things about him self that he told to Sophie because he was on serious medication but he remembered that she could not type and that she had a service and that she was proud of that fact?? Coincidence? Or he was lying or he is two faced...

PLEASE COMMENT :)

Last night, they replayed "Red Letter" which was the second episode that Kristina Frye appeared in.  It was also the episode which directly preceded the Season 2 finale and the introduction of 'Tyger, Tyger'.  I've long thought that Kristina Frye will be found to play a role in Red John...perhaps RJ's wife, maybe she's the young girl who Jane conned while in the carnival, maybe she's related to someone he conned when he was a professional psychic years later, etc.

In an earlier theory, I listed a lot of reasons why Fry could be involved...but a new one jumped out during Red Letter.  The CBI was investigating the murder of a wealthy, high-ranking California activist campaigning against human-trafficking.  Kristina Frye was called onto the case before the CBI.   During the investigation, a huge mystery centered around the victim's illegitimate daughter...Carmen.

When the Dr. entered Lisbon's room last week and asked if she was Mrs. Carmen Lee...Jane stopped and obviously pondered something when he heard the name.  Could he be thinking back to this case, and making a connection to Kristina?  To the Sheriff, who bore a striking resemblance (looks, voice, and mannerisms) to McAllister?  To the victim's associates who were obviously well connected within the state?

Kristina Frye first appeared in Season 1, so she's been part of the story since it's inception.

It's Bob Kirkland.
Not because he's acting strange and makes strang faces all the time.
Remember when he murders the guy in the hospital? He asks him to take a good look at him and tells him if he knows who he is.
Now remember what the false RJ said to Jane in the last episode of season 3 before he kills him? He says it's time he changes his face and moves on!
So Kirkland could be Red John after plastic surgery. So he had an other face, which we used to see in previous seasons. Who could he be? One we used to see, but not any more.

The most obvious suspect is Bob Kirkland. In fact, I think it's so obvious that many of us have gone in a different direction thinking that Heller would never make it that obvious. Then there's the hospital scene. If Kirkland is looking for RJ himself, then why not question him about RJ before killing him? I think that scene is meant to throw us off, while at the same time building the suspense around Kirkland. If he turns out to be RJ, it will be explained why Lennon didn't recognize him, which  could be for a number of reasons. Kirkland could merely be working for RJ, but he has only interacted (on screen anyways) with Bertram, and he seemed to be the higher power in that scene.

Kirkland looks, acts, and sounds like he could be RJ, more than any other of the suspects. Haffner was served up to us last episode, but if you watch his past appearances, he has been outsmarted by PJ, and talked down to by Bertram. In fact, before this season, Haffner had done nothing to make you wonder what he was up to, other than his involvement with Visualize.
Then there is the Kirkland handshake scene. The only one of the seven suspects to have their initial handshake showcased dramatically on screen, complete with ominous music. Finally, Kirkland is one of only two suspects not to have appeared yet this season, which sets him aside for something. We'll see.

Not saying he's RJ just want to point out a spooky detail the directors put there to freak us. Play again the nightmare of Lisbon. Look very carefully when camera focuses on dead Wayne's face. His eyes look to the floor and just the last moment they look right at the camera! Spooky!
Also in the same scene, all three are covered in blood except for Jane although Reede is next to him with his hands all bloody! His cup of tea is next to him on the floor and it's still on its little plate, and not even broken! Strange.

So if Partridge is not dead, Jane can't do nothing to prove it, right? The people who cover up his false death would not let Jane anywhere near his body, right?
So Lisbon is taken away with the ambulance. I would think they would clean her face in the ambulance or if not then when she gets to the hospital first thing. Since she has no wounds I mean. But Jane is in a harry to clean her face right there. Is he taking a sample of what is on her face, maybe?
