My theory is down earlier (jacobld), but I forgot to add this to it: At the end of Season 2, RJ says that Kristina is
very fond of Jane
despite their differences.  In the botched FBI bust episode, Lorelei
says that Red John only wants to be friends with Jane, despite Jane
hating him and Red John trying to wreak havoc on Jane's life.  The
duality in this relationship is perfectly exhibited by Kristina and
these two occurrences.  Also, when Kristina talks to the waiter on her
date with Jane, she says "Roll Tide," which the waiter mentions is the
CRIMSON Tide of Alabama.  The waiter was working for Kristina as well. 
She hypnotized him before the date I bet.

Partridge is dead!!!! End of, now move on. Also it isn't Kristina Frye, Walter Mashburn or CBI Ron, and it's definitely not Jane! So please stop with these theories! My favourite suspect is Bertram and he has been since season 3.

i don't why I accuse kimbal chow of being red john, and I know he isn't one of the 7 on the list but I have a strange feeling that it is him. The reason why I think its Kimball chow:

1.hes been there since the start.
2. Patrick jane has shaken Kimball chows hand.
3. at first seems ridiculous that's Kimball chow is red john but I think its clever hes been hiding in plain sight, and jane completely dismissed him being red john same with rigsby, van pelt and Lisbon.
4.when jane interviews the woman who killed boscoe and other agents she mentioned that he looks at you like hes looking right through you and Kimball chow I think has a very sinister look
5. red john has a high voice but I think hes pretending to have a high voice.
6. red john is incredibly smart and if he is Kimball chow then it proves how smart he is.
7. jane told Lisbon about the list thinking that she would probably tell the others which she did.
8. Kimball chow has easy access to janes work.

It's Kristina Frye.  It hit me when Lorelei, in her video at the end of season five, states that Red John is a real psychic, and that Jane should just accept that.  That is what Kristina said, of herself, every episode that she was in during Season 2.  I personally don't believe in ESP, and I doubt the show's writers would have Red John be an actual psychic, so I think that Kristina/RJ uses the same devices to perceive things that Jane does.  I cemented in my theory when I thought back to how Kristina was able to hide herself from the limelight, by faking her own memory-erasing/psychiatric coma type deal.  She successfully became forgotten and out of sight by everyone.  She was so close to Jane in Season Two, with the kiss on the cheek, and the date - it's so eerie.  And she has red hair.  I also believe that Jane's psychiatrist that died was working for Kristina, along with Brett Partridge and many other disciples.  My guess is for Kristina!!

think at this ... when bruno was asked about Patridge ... Why you killed BP ???? He said : I didn t  kill him ... red john killed him .... maby he want to say that red john want us tu think that BP is dead ... I m not a fan of Red John to be BP .... but Hoffner ??? please ... he apeared to late in the show ...

Who's going down tonight? 

I will take voting unlikely to mean no one -- which is quite implausible, there's always a case to solve and almost always a murder. But perhaps we'll have a break from Red John given the festive occasion of Mr and Mrs Rigsby's wedding. 

But I'd love to hear your conspiracy theories for tonight's episode. A free grilled-cheese sandwich to whoever gets it right!

If you're in, vote PLAUSIBLE if you think there's a tragedy in store for someone, UNLIKELY if you think Heller's going to let us enjoy the wedding without disturbance.
