Not accusing anyone here, just wanted to point out something interesting -

In Season 1, when the wrongly convicted prisoner that has info on Red John is murdered written on the wall is "He is Mar" or perhaps "He is Man"

Most assume that this clue has something to do with Red John but I couldn't help but notice that after the Red John saga supposedly concludes after episode 8 the rest of the episode titles are based off the color blue instead of red. "He is Mar" or "He is Sea" = "He is Blue" perhaps signifying that whoever murdered the ex-con wasn't Red John but this new blue-themed threat?

Obviously not a fully-formed theory, just thinking out loud in writing form, figured I'd throw it out there

Not really suspecting anyone yet, but just a theory on Partridge.

I don't yet buy that Partridge is out of the picture.  There are some similarities here, such as weight, size, and especially voice which doesn't seem to be masked by any kind of device.  Red John knows Patrick has a list of 7 suspects and one is him, a good idea might be to kill off one on that list, him, obviously this would have to be faked.  Think about it, Lisbon found Partridge, then got knocked out, almost looked like she was tripped, i.e. partridge pulling out her legs from underneath her while talking to Patrick.  We know RJ has many connections, could be working with someone to fake his death, we have not seen/heard anyone on Lisbon's team investigate the body, they might just be going on someone else's word, as there's no real reason to think otherwise.  Remember, in one episode, Rigsby faked his death without no one knowing.  Keep in mind also, that Partridge repeated a part of the poem, which PJ and team most likely never mentioned to him, at least they didn't in any episodes, even if RJ told it to him, why repeat it to Lisbon?  Also, why kill Partridge, what would be the point, especially due to his incompetence, I don't see Partridge giving him any real reason.  Not saying I necessarily think it's him, just that I think it's still within the realm of possibility, we'll have to wait to see for sure.

☺ He matches the physical description Rosalind Harker gave Jane. ◔̯◔
☺ He is affiliated with Visualize, and Red John is as revealed in season 5 (when they show a smiley face painted on a house owned by Visualize).  ๏̯͡๏
☺ Red John's alias is Roy. Ray. Roy. You see where I'm going with this.  ॓_॔
☺ He is involved with the police/CBI so it's easy for him to know someone on the inside that can cover up his tracks.  ๏̯͡๏
☺ He visited Lisbon at the hospital to check on her and he said they should date in the future. This affection could be a reason Red John didn't kill her when he killed Brett Partridge.  ๏̯͡๏
☺ As revealed in season 1 episode 16, one of Jane's clients is "Amy Haffner". Am I seeing a possible relationship . . . ? ◕ ‿ ◕

☹ The only thing making me a little hesitant on choosing him as RJ is that in season 4, when he was Jane's boss, Jane tricked him into believing he had solved a case by placing false evidence at the crime scene. If RJ is always a step ahead of Jane, then this wouldn't be the case. I still think, however, that RJ was just playing Jane to see how smart he really was.  ◕︵◕

This is just a short theory on why Pj is NOT Rj.

As we see at the end of episode 3 this season (when Grace and Rigsby get married), Pj cries when he sees this. It's obvious that Rj is a sociopath, this is what I think a message from Heller saying that Pj is NOT Rj.
