Confirmation that Brett Patridge is dead & that someone(Kirkland Obviously) in the next episode will be joining him in the army of the resurrected zombie brotherhood.

One thing that really stood out to me is that in an interview Bruno Heller (director/producer of the mentalist) compared the red john chase to moby dick because the fisherman (cbi team) are on the boats going after the whale (Red John) once he is sighted. In the season 6 premiere bertram says he wants to be on the boat when they catch that fish (speaking of Red John)

Analysis of Heller's
Interview .My personnal comments are italic.

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY:
After all that craftiness on Patrick Jane’s part, Red John is still a step
ahead of him. So can we really trust that the list is accurate if Red John is
so willing to confirm it?(
This question is not
asking if Red John someone from list)

Bruno Heller
: Yes, we can trust that list.(This answer does not mean that Red John is someone from the list) As much as much as Red John has been one step ahead, Lorelei
Martins’ intervention changed the game. So as much as Red John is trying to
play from a position of strength in reality Jane has gotten a lot closer. This
last episode of the season really sets
us up for next season
(
There is a 7th Season): The hunt is
on, no messing about.

Once again, you’re making moves
that make me wonder if Patrick Jane is Red John — after all, how else could he
know that memory from inside his head? But by saying
Red John is definitely on the list, can we rule
out the theory held by some fans that Jane is actually Red John?

Heller: I would say that definitively: Jane is not Red John
.( Heller is not approving or saying that Red John is on the list)

Would Red John being caught
necessarily mean the end of the show?

Heller: Let me put it this way: If and when Red John is caught (As I said Red John will never be
catched up and never be revealed
), there’s an interesting life dilemma for Patrick Jane and the
rest. I think it would be very odd if Red John falls dead and the show stops
right there. Because the natural question is: What happens next? It’s either a
big story or smaller story, depending. I mean, I know. But I would be cheating on the
narrative if I told you all I had planned.

Overall, what can we expect next
season?

Heller: Up until now if you’re comparing it to Moby Dick, which is one of the analogies I
used to describe the length of the chase, next season the whale has been
sighted and they’re in the small boats and chasing the whale. It’s much faster
paced, more thrilling, more action, more surprises. We’ll still be delivering those
mysteries every week(
Which means You will be
wasting time with 7 person for a long period
). But just as you see with the last episode of the season, there’s
no more tracking and more chasing.

So my final comment is as below;

RJ IS NOT ON THE LIST, THAT IS FOR SURE AND REST IS AS BELOW;

Brett Partridge is a loser and he is faking original RJ , but might be a pawn for original RJ too. I cannot accept this he cannot be RJ . It was Brett at the final of 2nd Season first Tiger Tiger but it was not real RJ.Mechanism very easy;*RJ is the last person you would think of (Heller made everyone believed Brett Patridge is the most looking like person to RJ with given data untill now and now everyone thinks Heller shows Brett killed and eliminates him from people's mind unless he resurrect him again in upcoming episodes and reveal him as RJ. If Heller thinks this way his intelligency must be investigated ,this is a 6 years age child thought.) None of these 7 person is RJ ,list is trustworty because people in list all of them has a relation with RJ. But none of them RJ.*We will never know who RJ is ,it will not be revealed as a person.(This is my hope, otherwise all story will be waste).*All people in the team will die including Lisbon. Lisbon's dream shall be fulfilled.*Serial will be ended as Patrick will certainly understand who the RJ is, but he cannot be able to catch him, he will watch him while he is leaving him back..

The previous episode is really confusing because Red John does have a fear of heights but McAllister at first appeared as though he is afraid of heights but then rescues Jane on the church rooftop but RJ also has a fear of pigeons which mcallister is obviously displeased with. I dont believe McAllister is RJ but that he is friends with RJ and Red john told sheriff to act as though he is afraid of both those things because RJ is aware of dr miller's tape and is using it to mislead Jane

First off I want to say that I don't think Kirkland is RJ but I had to put somebody. Now, In the promo for the next episode (Red-Listed Season 6 Episode 4), there is a man lying dead on the ground that is on Jane's fake list of Red John suspects, take a look: http://tinypic.com/r/f1ej9k/5 and another angle with reede smith in it: http://tinypic.com/r/2v9uiwk/5. Also in the promo Jane is being kidnapped and "tortured" by Kirkland but if you watch closely you can see that the man with the finger Kirkland is going to cut off isn't Jane becuase of the clothes. Take a look this is Jane in the promo being kidnapped : http://tinypic.com/r/okmuet/5 and a look at the man with the finger: http://tinypic.com/r/2ym615d/5 notice that the man is wearing brown pants and jane is wearing his usual grey pants, my guess is that the man on the ground is somebody that was in a previous episode and only appeared once before. I also think that when Kirkland is threatening to kill Jane then Red John comes and saves him. Another huge clue in the promo is the words "watch this episode closely" in huge letters during the promo

Bob Kirkland is not Red John. This is about Homeland Security, and Kirkland is the HS agent on the show. As we know, however, there is more to Kirkland's involvement in Lorelie's case than merely Homeland Security issues, but we're not sure yet what those his motives are.

Why is Homeland security involved in the case of Lorelie? I believe it is because some of the Red John cases -- here comes my conjecture -- involve human trafficking, which is an international crime that is frequently connected with other international crimes, of interest to Homeland Security. There are two reasons I think this is the case.

1) In the Red Letter episode, the victim, Hector Brava, was killed just before he was about to give a speech where he was about to expose a human rights institution for their involvement in human trafficking. Apparently, Brava's being blackmailed and subsequently murdered had nothing to do with his speech, but that is questionable, since his murderer stole the notes to that speech. They conclude that Bigalow stole the notes to make it look like that was the motive, where as the motive of the killing was quite convoluted. Could it be that he claimed his motive for blackmail was money rather than expose his involvement in a much greater crime. And if this theory works out, a crime that ultimately traces back to Red John. I'd lie about it too if that were the case.

Incidentally, Kristina Fry plays a major role in that episode. If she were somehow also involved, it also implicate Stiles, who just happened to know Kristina's whereabouts after she had been allegedly kidnapped. There is nothing saying that Frye was involved in the case she was called in to help solve, but since she already is a questionable character, her involvement in solving crimes has to be questioned. This was in fact, the first case on the show where her collaboration was requested, even though it was her second appearance.

2) Kidnapping is frequently a part of RJ's MO. I can think of three cases that occur in the following episodes: Red John's Footsteps, Red Sails in the Sun Set, and Red John's Rules. In Red Sails in the Sunset, the kidnapping in question occurred much earlier, but it is in that episode where we learn of Miranda Martin's disappearance; in Red John's Rules (Lorelei appears again in a video) the kidnapped victim is a baby. In two of the three cases, the kidnap victims are intended to be Red John "gifts" -- the are not vendetta or ransom kidnappings.

We still do not know about the motive of Miranda Martin's kidnapping. We Just know that it was facilitated by an agency that was supposed to care for vulnerable women; and subsequently that Miranda ended up dead. We also know that Kirkland was obsessed with the Lorelei case. His involvement could have something to do with her sister's case also. We just don't know what his personal interest with the Martins's is, yet it is the only RJ case where Kirkland/Homeland Security takes interest.

My guess is that HS has one set of reasons for pursuing RJ with regard to Lorelei, while Kirkland has a much deeper ulterior motive, a personal motive related to the deaths of Lorelei and her sister.
