Brett Partridge: Dead (too ridicilious fake death, RJ can't be so helpless to hide his identity like this)

Robert Kirkland: Dead. We are sure he's dead,

Reede Smith: Alive. It is obvious that he is a sociopath and a disciple of RJ.

Bertram: Alive. If he is RJ, there is no way Reede Smith talked to him like that in the meeting.

Thomas Sheriff McAllister: Alive. We saw him once during the whole show and he does not have an idea, what the hell is going on between Bertram and Reede in that meeting. However, there would be chance that Reede knows TSM is RJ, Bertram does not.

Bertram: Alive. The mole in CBI of RJ. He simply does not match the type of Red John. 

Now, the both remaining suspects come forward after the show of this night

Brett Stiles: Alive. We are sure %99 that he knows the identity of Red John. (if it is not him) . He protects him for some reasons which we will find out in the next few episodes. He is very powerful man and he has a very high influence, charisma and money to match the profile. But he is always the obvious selection. PJ and BS are not perhaps friends but they have mutual respect and even love to each other. I don't think he is RJ but he knows exactly who he is and has reasons (above mentioned)

Raymond Haffner: Alive. Member of visualize, has money, charisma and influence. he loves lisbon, does not hate jane although he is fired because of his actions, always motivated, self-controlled, his eyes look always sarchastic. But every clue lead to him to be RJ, Bruno Keller will suprise us at the end. But not with RJ (AS EXPECTED), we will be suprised whose are in this RJ organization. I'm sure of this. When Ray got caught as RJ, we will be shocked to find out who are the disciple of him. (for ex; GVP, I am not saying she is, but there will be shocking names)

RJ has killed Jane's family and friends... Why Lisbon is not a victim yet? It's obvious that RJ knows that Lisbon is in love with Jane; She's a piece of cake for a serial killer.

But, we also know that RJ has a crush on Lisbon because when he killed Partridge, for the first time, he "marked" her face with his ritual "smiley face", which probably means that he considers that she is the only woman who deserves to live, in other words, he loves her.

So, the only one from the list who confessed love to Lisbon is Ray Haffner, in current season, episode 3.

Finally, Heller showed who RJ was, who are their "followers" and how they "operate", through Lisbon's nightmare in the same episode

Another episode down, another suspect pushed as RJ, this time, i'm fairly certain it's not the character pushed during the episode.

We're down to the Jackson 5, (Haffner, Stiles, Bertram, Smith, McAllister), only 1 can be RJ. 

What we learned is that there is a collection of agents from various government branches who have formed together to work behind the scenes, without the red tape, maybe even gone rogue. (like Division in Nikita).

What would be really ironic is if it were to be headed up by Sheriff McAllister, as the actor Xander Berkeley happens to play both McAllister, and Percy, the head of Division in Nikita.


Which leads me to believe that this show is above such things, hence i'll stick with my old pick, and go for Ray Haffner. My guess is that he left CBI to focus on Tyger Tyger full time, he has dirt on the other members, but not so much that they draw attention to themselves, but just enough that they co-operate. 

We'll know more about him next week, as it's his turn to go under the microscope, it's his episode as Red John. Bertram, Partridge, McAllister and Kirkland have had their episodes.

Now in the episode red listed Bob Kirkland mentions a twin brother that was a follower of Red John. I dont think Bob is RJ because he is murdered in the end of red listed, but I think that in the episode where Kirkland kills Lennon, a known red john accomplice, it is his twin brother who killed him so he wouldnt reveal who RJ is
