My Therory:
in the episode 6x08 "Red John" we have a new actor !

I think he will play red john at the farm in year 1988 ;O
look at him and his eyes he looks like the young Ray Haffner or maybe Mcallister but the sheriff have blue eyes not green.
What you think about that ;O ?
Well, the most
important clue, the handshake that made PJ reveal the suspect list, now two of
the suspects are gone. So it narrows the list to 5.
First
I thought that RJ was an organization, it would almost make sense except for
the first murders, before RJ met any of the organization guys. Because of this
and the description made of RJ we can not assume nor Stiles nor Bertram are RJ.
But they may be involved.
Finally,
the phobia. They did not say the fear was of heights. They say RJ had a fear
and told it was heights BUT she says also that probably she lied in which fear it
was. RJ was scared of something when he killed Brett Patridge. There were pigeons
there, RJ is afraid of pigeons. In the following episodes we see that McAllister
is afraid of pigeons.
So I
would say that RJ is part of the tiger tiger organization, probably one of the
top notch of that organization and that’s why they help him with his murders.
But he must be one guy, and I believe is Thomas McAllister because of the age,
description, handshake and phobia to pigeons.
The
rest of the people in the organization are the ones that were together in the
room when PJ surprised them Bertram, Smith and Haffner. Haffner s probably a friend, mentor of something of
RJ. And Stiles may or not be in the organization, but sure I'm sure he is
involved.
Bob and his twin Michael would share alot of similar characteristics...voice and tone, OCD etc. Michael may be Red John.
Then again seasons just started new theories will arise. Not sure if im more frustrated or excited.
I just feel like Haffner is Red John, ti isn't michael kirkland and i know why bob was always asking, have you seen me because he has an identical twin so they look the same.
Teresa has no personal life where we never look and persona who is able to be present at ANY crime ... I Theory of their description but I think she is able to push Jane to her by killing his family. . indragostedsca to him right from the television sowurile JANE they make or have one of his victims about the scam .... and wanted to give him a lesson .... why not kill it jane, because she loves it and I think she controls many people around her, especially men
Here is why Michael Kirkland isn't Redjohn:
Bob Kirkland asks Richard Haibach "Are you Redjohn?" And really, why would Michael allow his twin to be killed?
Why I think Michael Kirkland IS dead:
Neither Jason Lennon nor Reede smith recognise Bob Kirkland. Bob is checking if they think he's Michael.
So who is Redjohn?

down to 5 suspect, turned out the most obvious suspect, Agent Kirkland is just some Dexter kind of guy who had personal vendetta with Red John. So, here's my theory Agent Smith, Sheriff McAllister and Gale Bertram obviously a part of their 'secret powerful organization' but I think none of them were Red John, especially Agent Smith, cuz he killed Agent Kirkland in front a witness, Sheriff already proved that he didn't afraid of height and Gale is too close to CBI so I dont think he's Red John, which leave us with Agent Haffner and Visualize n cult leader Bret Stiles, but I'm gonna go with Haffner cause Bret is too old, he's probably the leader of the whole 'secret powerful organization' but Agent Haffner is the man who painted the red smiley aka Red John.
