SECOND SUSPECT - Brett Partridge

Reason 1. He's always on The Red John cases.

Reason 2. He hates Patrick and Patrick hates him. 

Reason 3. He is a strange man.

Reason 4. He fits the description of Red John and the voice.

Reason 5. There is a painting by William Blake which is called A Brace of Partridge. He recites a poem "Tyger Tyger" by William Blake.

Other things.

1. As anyone noticed that when Danny and Jane visited the grave stones it was just there names, no date of birth nor death....strange...Grave stones usaully have this. By the way I'm the same person who had Danny as top suspect

I have so many theories it's unreal.

But I know for fact people that Red John is not Jane.

1. Why would he murder his own wife and daughter. Then be out to get himself!
2. When Rebecca was poisoned, Jane was with the others at the time, so how could he be in two places at once. Besides which Rebecca would know if Jane was Red John.
3. When he visited the blind woman Rosaline, she again would know by his voice if he was.
4. The man that spoke to Patrick and pulled him up on the chair was Red John, so how could he be speaking to himself.
My own theories on who he might be.

Danny Ruskin - TOP SUSPECT.

Reason 1. He hated Patrick for taking Angela away from him. Jane said she wanted to get away from the carnival life, however what if she found out something that scared her about Danny.

Reason 2. Cho said that Danny worked on the carnival and had a act like Patrick. Is this now Red John came to light.

Reason 3. The Name Ruskin means "red haired one" just type Ruskin meaning into Google.

Reason 4. The blind girl said Roy liked classical music. Maybe this is because Angela played the piano, this is shown in season 1 in a flashback where she is teaching Charlotte how to play. Red John likes the blind girl to play the piano too.

Reason 5. Red John says "Roll Tide" which is piece of orchestral music composed by Hans Zimmer. 

I believe Van Pelt is Red John's sister and they have lost a common sister.

- Red John killed a twin and spared the other as well as he killed Lorelei's sister but spared Lorelei. It might be his serial killer pattern (excluding his strategic murders): a sister lives the other dies

- Van Pelt mentioned once that a sister of hers died but then denied it saying that it was just a trick to comfort a victim's relative

- O'Loughlin wormed his way in the CBI by getting involved with Van Pelt as if RJ knew exactly how to act with her to get her or as if she was totally aware of the plot (no normal girl would get engaged that quickly, and the engagement part wasn't really a needed storyline expect to make sure that Van Pelt is believed to have been fooled by O'L)

- Bret Stiles as well as another Visualize character were quite intrigued by her and whatever she's trying to hide

- The fact that she chose to stay with the CBI team over Rigsby makes me think that she might be an active associate of RJ and that it requires for her to stay there (may I add that she only joined the CBI after Jane did)

The guy (his name is Bob) at the end of the episode 7 season 5 is very suspicious; his height and his voice are similar as Red John. Moreover the: - do I know you ? Jane says 
                                - No, but I know you, Bob says

The music is very suspicious as well.

I know this is not a good theory, but I think we should take a greater interest of this man even if it's not Red John, because it's the first time we see him and we know that we have already seen Red John in the previous episodes, so I'm sure that there is a link between this man and Red John.
