Walter Mashburn appears in E13S02 and was facinated by PJ and was bored and willing to do anything to play with him.
He's very very rich - Knows a lot of people in law eforcement - Travels often and fits all descriptions.
So this Walter Mashburn (WM) decided to create the tiger tiger Org to play with PJ.
at the end of season2 it's him who saved PJ and launch the tiger tiger thing. w've never heard of tiger tiger before.
He next appears in E07S03 and shows us that hehas one other thng that all other suspects dosen't have: Lisbon.
he is the head of the tiger tiger org, none or few members knows who he is.
Question 1: who told RJ (Timothy carter) that PJ and Bertram are going to the mall to meet with Hightower S03 finale?
Question 2: Who Did Bertram called after PJ came int hs office and told him that Hightower wants to meet with him S03Finale?
Answer 1: RJ Followed PJ from the CBI office to the mall to see PJ's reaction after the supposed killing of Hightower by o'loughlin.
Answer 2: Bertram called mashburn to tell him that the CBI got News on the RJ affair. after all Bertram came to the CBI starting season 3, maybe on influence of mashburn.
Mashburn send's one or more of the newly tiger tiger org to watch what's hapening in the mall(the security guy).
and it is Mashburn who has the phone and the gun of RJ the real dead RJ killed by Pj.
After that WM decided to continue the RJ Killings, of course without the knowing of the members. Masburn can tell the tigers to get rid of someone, but not that RJ is dead and he's the new RJ.

Could the "kid" be someone important to Stiles? Did the kid become Alex Jane's new apprentice?
Is it a co-incidence Redjohn leads Patrick to Rosalynd Harker? Patrick and his father con a little girl who is terminally ill, in the carnival. Did she survive to be Rosalynd? Did Redjohn pick up her name while Alex Jane recounts the story of Patrick's last con.
Did it become important to Redjohn to find her, to remind Patrick that he is a con man in season one?
The "kid" aka Redjohn has been important to Stiles for a long time. He sees himself above Patrick and Redjohn. Jason Cooper also knows Redjohn and said once in Red Barn they didn't report the murders because, "The police never took reports from Visualise seriously." That was 25 years ago.
Do you think that might ever prompt Visualise to raise up and form a group, specifically involving those in law-enforcement, to make the Tiger Tiger group?

I really don't think it's Haffner, RJ is very controlling and egotistical. Haffner is a member of visualize , do you think rj could stand not being in charge?
To all the people who say that RJ is Michael Kirkland- wouldn't it be weird for RJ to turn out who only joins at the last moment? Also, Heller said that we already saw RJ. Now you will that it was Michael that killed Lennon in the hospital, but why would he ask him if he recognized him? Surely if he is RJ, then Lennon would know him. Especially as he led RJ to Lorelei's sister. Additionally, twins don't looks exactly the same after 40 or so years, their appearance changes depending on their lifestyle etc. We know that Michael was an alcoholic for some time, whilst Bob was leading a relatively healthy life.
I'm still going to go with Micheal Kirkland
1. His mother committed suicide by slicing herself with a razor. Hmmmm that's RJ's MO. He like to kill women by cutting them.
2. Micheal could have felt abandon by his mother leaving him with his abusive father by committing suicide which would probably give him a hatred of women in general which would explain why Red John targets women and only kills men out of necessity.
3. Micheal is neither confirmed dead or alive.
4. If this spoiler about the dots on Red John's shoulder are true and i'm not saying it is, then it could be a mark that is put on identical twins to tell them apart.
