A couple thoughts....

Seeing the next weeks promo any 1 with a reasonably working brain will conclude RED JOHN IS NOT ON THAT DAMN LIST
Yes heller said it can be trusted...
People have a way with words, and can be trusted( if someone asked you are you on the list for that new night club . Wouldnt you reply 'yes my name is on the list' ... not it can be trusted. . The lack of directness SHOWS that the list is not the be all and end all.

Secondly, do you really think a tallented, well scripted story such as this would come down to those 7 suspects rolling uo their sleves like 'yup hes got the tattoo hes red john lets go home now'... really? I doubt it. Thats either a decoy or just a part of the plan of catching the real RJ .

Lastly again heller said we would be dispointed by who RJ is. You need to consider what type.. could it be we are disappointed because it was obvious, or naybe we are dissapointed because we have grown to like this person in the show and couldn't believe they would do such a thing.

Such a complex, sherlocky type series wouldnt come down to an ending such as episode 6.

Additional there are a lot of religious referrals in the show/show titles especially the book of revelations. .. which may or may not mean something.

Bit random...but what if Jane's family aren't actually dead?

The 'ol tyger tyger group could have orcastrated the murder scene, drugging them or something-telling his wife they have to be under some kind if witness protection thing to stay alive, that way maybe they thought they could either eliminate jane as rj or manipulate him to work on the red John case?

I thought about this because of the episode title 'my blue heaven', and the lyrics about Molly, me n baby, maybe Jane gets reunited with his family? Sophie Miller could have been in on it too - it seems a bit obvious for rj to just leave her recording hanging about with such big clues on it-if he can cut her head off he can check her desk drawers??

It's a bit extravagant a theory but the story has to have some kind of epic ending doesn't it? Also I remember something similar happening in 'Monk' about his wife not really being dead.

Still don't have a clue who red John is though, but I doubt it's someone from the list, it's all too obvious and even the episodes with 'normal' murders happening have far more outlandish conclusions/suspects!

First of all ignore BOB's picture..

None of the remaining 5 suspects is RED JOHN instead everybody are involved in the TYGER TYGER group some how....and u'll get to know later that the TYGER TYGER organization and RJ are not in good terms .... So PJ throws a bait to RJ by getting all the TYGER TYGER masterminds in one room so that RJ would take advantage hence the BLAST ... But of course PJ saves them all thereby revealing RJ is some one out of the list.

Rigsby to Cho: "I'm gonna find you somebody to love"

Cho gets bugged by someone who looks exactly like Summer.

Why is the guy killing the private investigator that hurry? (He is at the house he has no possible idea how close they are, there is no reason to ring the bell that way)

He is probably hearing Rigsby talking to Lisbon and Patrick.

Rigsby and the guy killing Kira Tinsley are working together as Red John.

Did you notice that the girl that bugged the CBI looked like Summer? Red John knew what Cho likes and send her to bug him. What im trying to say is that Red John is someone that knew about Cho and Summer

So first off, based on the titles of the upcoming episodes as well as the info given by Mahoney in Tvguide interview, I believe Red John is one part of a 3-headed "Dragon" including possibly Partridge in some position with Haffner as Red John and Stiles as head and leader of the beast, and possibly the Tyger organization. All of the clues when held with common sense point to Haffner as Red John, but they also point to something more, something bigger. I have no clue what role Partridge has to play in it, but Heller says he died early for a reason-suspicious.

I also think it is quite clear that what was heard as acrophobia-fear of heights, is actually arachnophobia-see Haffner. Haffner seems to be the man doing the killings now with the voice telling Patrick that "Theresa" can't come to the phone.0, as well as Haffners silhouette at the door in tonight's episode. Yet, so much is still to be revealed like WHAT EXACTLY AND WHY EXACTLY DID PARTRIDGE have to die first? That is all....

I think that Ray Haffner is RED JOHN but I don't think Bruno Heller will take that easy on us. He surely has some other theory in his mind. Waiting for RED JOHN to be revealed.
