It's Grace, besides the RED hair, she's part of the investigation, more so since Lisbon shared the list of RJ suspects with her to keep track of electronically. She's aloof and always watching; she's an expert with computers. she will probably kill Rigsby before or as she is caught and they exit the series!!

Not saying Partridge still alive, but i wouldn't put it past the Tygers to have staged his death. After all, they did say that they cover up & stage crime scenes, something that Partridge would have been easily able to pull off & set up himself.
Guys, I feel like Jane is playing a long con to get Red John. He has revealed all his tricks. Whether the list or phobia or is true Jane knows a lot more. Usually he never tells his teams what he is doing until the last minute. I feel he is doing the same thing with Red John. He has to ahead of RJ this time to catch him. This is just my opinion.
Ok just watched the s6 ep6 promo & the first thing I noticed was all suspects but Hafner & stiles are wearing a tie , this isn't surprising for stiles but Hafner why is he not wearing a tie & shirt button undone? , we know about the red tattoo & would assume pj is going to make the suspects remove their shirts , I believe Hafner killed the private investigator with the red tattoo. Ok I remember seeing ray Hafner training in one episode I couldn't find which episode pls leave in comments if you find it. So I'm not exactly sure but I think Hafner is wearing a vest which shows his shoulders so some of you may say he can't possibly be the killer but think about it what kind of idiot would leave such a distinctive tattoo visible & not even make sure the victim is dead. So my best guess is The tattoo is either a complete red herring or ray knows one of the other suspects has this tattoo & is framing them. So back to the Hafner not wearing tie & unbuttoned shirt either he was either in a rush after washing off fake tattoo or is just playin with Jane letting him know he knew what was coming.
