First at all, sorry if my English isn't perfect, I'm Spaniard.

Every single chapter of this season makes me more convinced that no one at the list is Red John. It would be really dissapointing if it finally is.

Why? All these suspects are not developed and no one appeared soon and by many chapters at the show. Bruno Heller had to decided from the very beginning who the guilty is, what includes the possibility that the show could be cancelled because of the audience. It would have been ridiculus pointing Ray Haffner or Sheriff McAllister as Red John at the second season if the show was cancelled.

On the other hand, this is the first time that we know where were each team character when "Red John" is murdering someone. Why do I say "Red John"? Because he would never do such an stupidity unless he wanted to keep out any little suspect from himself. And Rigsby's conversation with Cho saying he was finding him a girlfriend and the thing that he is the only one (but Lisbon) on the team that doesn't speak her makes he look guilty for me.

I read a thing saying a three dot tattoo could mean, "hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil." Maybe the tattoo belongs to a "tyger, tyger" member.

I also wonder what Lisbon is talking about when she said Bret Stiles has been missing for six months. Who was showing up on her GPS tracking screen then?

I've been reading thoeries in this forum for a long time and have never seen this one but first a couple of comments. I used to agreed most when reading these with the idea the Grace was RedJohn however that has obviously turned false but it was very interesting and I feel those with that origianlly theory were close. Number two... its a little unfortunate that the writers have the luxury of twisting and turning this until the last second and you know they are research our thoughts to see what would give the big surprise, which leads me to my personally theory..
Patrick Jane is Red John...  I think it would be fairly plausible for them to show that Jane is sufferrring form split personality disorder and doesn't even know it therefore he has been chasing himself all the while.. Red John is his alter ego and just as smart (cause they are they same person) but holds the upper hand cause Red John knows he is Jane but Jane does not hence Red John being a step ahead...
Like we all know, Jane is always three steps ahead of everyone and the mind is very powerful to show and hide things from the user...(like in the film Memento, where the dude looks for jis wife's killer and she never was actually dead)
This other theory is more far fetched however, but Brett Stiles i feel i connected somehow... I always felt he had the closest mind power to Jane and the always shared a secret perhaps the has never been revealed or that maybe only one knows about..(perhpas they grew up together or crossed paths in the carnie biz) so I do like the theories linking Stiles to this somehow i just don't know how he fits yet..
The whole Tiger Tiger thing I think is a ruse to add just another confusing element to this to be honest as the whole ball of wax is gaining speed barrelling down the hill to the finish...in short...

Patrick Jane will be revealed as Red John

Bruno Heller is an experienced creator and writer. The final confrontation will not be a parlor trick. Jane will pit his mental abilities against RJ's mental abilities. He will cause Red John to reveal himself and we will be amazed. 

Or Heller needs to find a new job.

I just thought of something. RJ gave Patrick the list so he obviously knows that Patrick is watching him. So when Jane is investigating him, he is behaving differently. Like when Jane went to Napa to be close to McAllister. Do you think he show his phobia or give jane any clues? He is manipulator like Jane. He will act differently. Maybe he let the recorder in Sophie's drawer and the phobia is just a red herring.
I trusted the list but now as we are approaching the long -awaited episode i feel he is not and Jane knows it too but he is just playing along to trick Red John. He knows his identity already but he is just investigating to reveal all his associates. This time Jane is ahead of RJ.
I believed Jane   still wants to kill him so he will probably sent the team on his second best suspect and he will go and see RJ alone. I cant wait to see JANE and RJ face to face maybe in his attic.

I have presented a kinda non-theory here http://www.whoisredjohn.com/See-a-theory-Red-John/6920 to make it easier to dismiss Haffner, but the thing that bothers me is that Heller said RJ is someone who was there from the beginning. Now...he couldn't have known from the beginning that the show would last 4-5-6 seasons, so he HAD to have someone lined up to close with, just in case the show would last say 1 or 2 seasons. So I guess that would leave only McAllister or Partrige right?
