I remembered Bruno Heller's interview and here it is :

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: After all that craftiness on Patrick Jane’s part, Red John is still a step ahead of him. So can we really trust that the list is accurate if Red John is so willing to confirm it?
Bruno Heller: Yes, we can trust that list. As much as much as Red John has been one step ahead, Lorelei Martins’ intervention changed the game. So as much as Red John is trying to play from a position of strength in reality Jane has gotten a lot closer. This last episode of the season really sets us up for next season: The hunt is on, no messing about.Once again, you’re making moves that make me wonder if Patrick Jane is Red John — after all, how else could he know that memory from inside his head? But by saying Red John is definitely on the list, can we rule out the theory held by some fans that Jane is actually Red John?
Heller: I would say that definitively: Jane is not Red John.



1)He says you can trust the list, but never actually said RJ is on the list!

2)next question he says  (Heller: I would say that definitively: Jane is not Red John), WELL couldn't he simply say, Jane is not Red John because he is not on the list!


Its possible that he said the list can be trusted because RJ mentioned the same Suspects as well , so bruno tries to give it more credibility plus Do you think that RJ would hand him self out on a plate like that by giving his name with the suspects?

Now Bruno said we will be disappointed( knowing who RJ is wont be then what is ?)

The ONLY thing that would disappoint me is   .......If red john is rigsby and i will tell you why, because they just got married and are happy, and having him as RJ would mess her life up, mess our life up and mess our minds up.....Perhaps rigsby is red john and van pelt will be his final murder....then janes catches him and kills him....do you guys remember that rigsby didn't want marriage, maybe he changed his mind after thinking that it could be a good cover for him!.i read somewhere that rigsby and van pelt are leaving the show

Haffner isn't Red John. Red John is smart. Haffner is an idiot, he gives a hint to Teresa that he's got an arachnophobia (hate spiders), he is connected to the Visualize and Jane and Lisbon know that.
Red John is Michael Kirkland. This theory is plausbile, the other theories are poor and boring for Red John.

Red John is smart likes Moriarty or Jigsaw.

Guys, can you please stop posting theories that are based on anagrams? "The red is me" (Reede Smith) and "'A hack-mind killer" (Michael Kirkland)? Seriously?

Hello,

I just want to make clear one point: all this evolution of the list if coming because Lorelei told to Patrick that both of them knew each other.

Could not be this a trick from RJ?

For sure Red John should be on the first and second season, that is my feeling.

I read a lot of people here saying that Red John is Jane and that he's not on the list. Guys... read the updates about the show and the interviews.

The creator of the show alredy told that he is definitely in the list and he's not Jane.

With the last episode that I watch I think, for now, that Haffner is one of the main suspects.

I don't think he's RJ, but could the linoleum knife be a big link to RJ's past? Why is it his main weapon of choice?

The tragedy that's coming for Rigsby/Van Pelt is directly related to Wayne's investigation into Bob Kirklands death. The Tyger group will have to protect itself from investigation.
